I wanted to love this machine (literally) but the first time I used it with my wife I was far from impressed. We use some bigger toys and at first they just didn't feel very practical. They weren't anything that it shouldn't be able to handle and indeed, it wasn't exactly that the machine wasn't strong enough, but the physics of the thing are complicated. The first big issue is the legs, they twist, they turn and the whole thing moves away while you try to use it. Pretty quickly though, you start to realize that this isn't really the fault of the machine. The forces involved do not lend themselves to stability. The solution I found was to build a platform to put the machine on. It's incredibly simple and comfortable to use, but it is necessary to use it properly. The machine is incredibly solid and sturdy for what it is but in this style it needs help to stay in place. The picture should explain everything you need to know but keep in mind, the board extends far under the blanket and towel I have over it. The next issue is strength, every time I tried to use a script it would stall and I would have to restart it. To fix this I had to change the steps a couple times until it stopped doing that. This affects the top speed but I don't have any issues with how it moves. The strength of this machine is that it is an option, and that customization is possible. The final issue is the software. It isn't compatible with x toys or anything like that. But the app included does have a lot of neat features and if you take the time to get to learn your way around it you will be happy. I'm glad I stuck with this machine. It takes a little work to get right but if you want a machine with remote play, user made scripts, and one that can handle large toys well with an adjustable on the fly depth, this is your best option. Anything better is still very new and cost at least a couple thousand more than this. Think of it like buying a new computer or expensive tool, it's very effective but only if you take the time to learn to use it.

Only good news I can offer is that the hardware seems sound, generally speaking, and the KlicLok system works well. From there is it all downhill (but, most of what we feel is negative about this unit could be fixed via software). The base, in our opinion, is not stable. Due to the way it is designed, the bars that sit on the floor, and are perpendicular to the machine's thrust vector, are able to move and can twist dangerously such that the unit could fall over. To be fair, while we witnessed the bars/feet twisting, our unit did not fall over. It stayed a constant point of concern for us during our play, detracting from our fun. The Servok is heavy, so it falling over could be dangerous. The software is... bad. Where to begin... It's non-intuitive (really, the app should speak for itself, but they do have an online manual that explains the high-level items. Really had a hard time understanding what to do. And you MUST be careful, because the machine could hurt someone if it suddenly and unexpectedly extends. This happened to us several times, but thankfully no harm came to anyone. Specifically, it was unclear how to create new 'scripts' effectively, or how to edit them once created. As best we could figure, we had to manually do what we wanted, pray that we did it right, and then save it. Also, as far as we can tell, there is no way to edit the scripts. I mean, we see the edit option, but we could not figure out how to use it. They only off three insertable "min-scripts" (my term) that you can insert into your own. But the insertion of these scripts, their placement, and our ability to edit anything was totally unclear. And this is not something we felt was going to get better with use/experience. We ae either lacking understanding, or the software is lacking capability. The remote control is not really useful. I'm not even really sure what it does. I can start the unit moving, pause it, and switch modes. But I have no idea what the modes are or how many of them there are. There is no way to control the stroke depth using remote (which is why anyone pays the big bucks for the Servok). So, unless your vagina/rectum can fully absorb the machine's ~6" stroke depth (ranges from .67" to 6.7"), it's likely going to be fully coming out of you before *trying* to go back in. To be fair, we did not spend a lot of time with the remote, as flying blind (meaning no documentation on the modes) is irritating, and so we hoped that the App would bring us greater insight. (it did, but it also brought other grief, as explained above) One problem we had was worrying about how far the unit could extend. It says that the maximum stroke extension is 6.7 inches. I have no reason to doubt their veracity, but we didn't measure it. Understanding just how far it might extend is a safety concern. We were able to determine the point of maximum extension, but most of the scripts seem to use the unit at the shallower end of the stroke length. Well, that's disconcerting. You use a script and all seems well, and then the unit fully extends suddenly and you've now got internal bleeding as well as a new orifice. For the scripts, you can just run a program first to check it out. However, I am concerned that the original author could subsequently edit a script, potentially inserting a deeper stroke, and we'd be none the wiser until we used it. I mean, from a safety perspective, in my opinion, all scripts should have been programmed from the deepest stroke back, rather than the shallowest stroke out. Although, even this presents a safety concern, as the unit could pull back so far that the dildo retracts fully and then when it presses forward again, it may not find its way safely back into the same hole. For us, what we want is to get set up, understand our minimum and maximum stroke depth, and be able to set that via the app. Then, no matter how a script is programmed, or even if we're doing it manually, the unit knows those are its minimum and maximum end-stops for that session. The unit can be noisy. If you keep it on highest smooth setting (10) it is tolerable, but anything below level 5 and it's VERY noisy. If they fix the software (the app) then this goes from a 3 to a 4 or 5. But they must fix the software, I can't recommend the unit otherwise. The real *gain* of the Servok is the dynamic adjustable stroke length. But at this time, I wish I'd have just gotten one with a stroke length I could set at a fixed length, because then I'd know I wouldn't be running the risk of having to explain to the ER nurse how I now have a second rectum. I want to like this unit HiSmith, and to be a proponent of it. But you['ve got to improve that software. And how about putting in limiters that allow users to set minimum and maximum stroke depth? Then it can be dynamic within those limits.

We love trying new toys and this was on our list for a long time. Pros: - We definitely enjoyed the motion of the ocean. To be able to control stroke length and speed via phone app was very nice - The weight of the machine kept things in place even with our soft bed. Huge benefit over other machines - The included dildo was VERY nice - Cords were long enough for most setups - Pack away case was very nice Cons: - The remote was a little difficult to lean but we figured it out. We mainly focused on the app via phone. - No universal attachment included but the adapters available are EXTENSIVE. We love the machine. We believe it's the best of its kind on the market.

I bought this and the motor completely shot after 1 week of use Amazon refused to refund me and I said that's fine just send another one and they refused and then deactivated my Amazon account worst experience and 2000 dollars down the drain because Amazon didn't want to work with me so if you end up purchasing this just know if you have problems you will not get money back I recommend you buying directly from the seller not Amazon

Great machine. Flip dipswitch 3 to prevent stalls during use. Handles toys up to five pounds with no issues. DO NOT buy the base which is under "frequently bought together" as the base IS NOT compatible with this Servok model. Fun modes but beware of User supplied play modes as some of them are sadistic and just plow into you at startup. Always do a test run before trying User supplied patterns.

Update: Seller contacted and fixed the issues. Everything is perfect now. Changed to 5 star review for fantastic product, great seller follow up, and seller being willing to work with me to make everything right. Highly recommended! ————— There are two major issues with this product. 1) One of the securing latches arrived broken and it will not hold on to one of the metal posts. 2) Bluetooth is also broken and the item does not stay connected to the app. The whole point of getting this is to be able to use the app, and with that not working, it’s a complete waste of money. Also, this product is not returnable or refundable. So I’m stuck with a broken $2,000 sex machine. This is one of my biggest regrets. Buyers beware.

All of this company’s machines are designed well, but this is a quantum leap improvement in hardware design. Although this machine is heavy, I find it useful to weigh it down with two 25 liter (55 lbs) canopy bags to make it nearly immovable with use. The hand control and smartphone controls function differently; both are interesting to play with, but take your time in getting to know both. There seems to be no limit to what toys this machine can handle with relative ease. Have fun playing with it. It’s expensive, so I hope it will last for years!

At first glance this is a well made machine manufactured from high quality materials, but the design has several flaws that at best make it impossible to fully enjoy, or worse; potentially dangerous to use. The legs are sturdy but even when locked into place will easily rotate which can easily lead to it becoming off balance putting it at risk of tipping over sideways. If it were to tip over and fall while being used it could cause some severe injuries. Honestly the locks are almost completely useless as it will often slide down while using it, requiring a stop to readjust. There isn’t really any set slow speed when using it as the actual speed depends on the stroke length. The shorter the stroke the faster the thrust. Even at the lowest speed with the longest thrust it isn’t what I would consider slow. There isn’t a steady increase as you raise the speed either. Instead it gets faster and faster before leveling out and then if you continue turning it up it eventually slows down a tiny bit. Once it levels out if you want it to thrust faster you have to adjust the smoothness. All things considered it’s not very intuitive. The other area the app fails is when switching from auto back to manual in solo play mode it remembers the last settings in manual and will jump back to its last position as soon as it’s switched. That means it could potentially thrust from the 0 position to the 100 position nearly instantly regardless of where it is in relation to your body. Another feature that has a high risk of causing some pretty serious injuries. In general the app is not easy to use as there is very little in the way of instructions on how to use most of its features. The custom programming has the potential to be very useful but figuring out how to use it effectively relies to much on trial and error when a simple tutorial would be simple enough to provide. Worth noting is the dildo that comes with it. I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I do. It has become my absolute favorite toy. I’m not giving up on it yet, especially at the nearly $2k price. But I would caution anyone about to buy one to reconsider their decision. Edited 9/9/24: Bumped it up to 3 stars because of the great customer service. Had a technical issue that I thought for sure was gonna require shipping it back to have it repaired without voiding the warranty. Instead HISMITH tech support guided me step by step how to troubleshoot and then repair it myself via email.
