There was a lot more here than I expected. Assembly is super easy. This thing is HEAAVY, and in the best way possible. (Except that my postal carried asked why is was so heavy :) ) it’s very adjustable and configurable. All the parts are machined nicely, finished in a way that’s nice to the touch. Everything is packaged so well. All the steel pieces are protected from scratches. The bag it comes with has custom foam inserts that hold each piece. I love that the bag has no logos, or name, it’s discrete. The wired control is very simple to use, an on/off button and a speed dial. Connecting the device to the Bluetooth app is straight forward. Packaging was secure and discreet. Super easy assembly. Absolutely loved it from the get go. Manual is very easy to read and informative. Very quiet machine even at high speeds. After 4-5 uses the speed controller box got stuck at a high speed so I contacted customer service and almost immediately they responded. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I sent a video of the issue and the customer service rep immediately responded and said they are sending me a new controller module. They also let me pick any attachment and included the app controller for no additional cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied than I am right now with the exemplary customer service I received. The top of its class I am sure. Great build quality with very sturdy supports and a strong 100w motor that manages to keep pushing through. We had a smaller version with an underpowered motor comparatively but this has completely been a step up in every factor. Amazon is flooded with tons of knock offs and cheap versions of Hismith but they are truly the superior product in terms of build quaility and customer service. Speaking of customer service for just a moment I have to say that Hismith easily has one of the best customer service departments I have dealt with. They were very responsive and more than generous which is a rarity in today’s world. Setup was easy and the app download and setup was simple. The dildo that came with it was of very high quality, nice details, soft and very flexible. This however is not like any of those cheap 2 inch thrust machines. You can set the thrust from approx. 1 to 6 inches, and the speed adjusts from approx 1 rotation per second to somewhere near warp 9. It takes some getting used to and fine adjustment, but when it's set where you want it, this machine will bring hours of pleasure. And that is just using the normal controls. Using the app, you can not only make your own programs, but utilize one's made by other Hismith users. Let me tell you, there are a LOT of warped minds out there, and I love you all!!! The user programs will take your pleasure over the top!! So yea, it's pricey, as are the Hismith accessories, but with the quality and detail in the workmanship, the prices are fair and reasonable for what you receive. ... show more

Everybody raves about this product. for 500 bucks. I'm going to warn you .... now if you happen to have a tight orifice.. ( thank you lol) and if that bar that the dildo or whatever toy you have connected to the machine via pop attachment, if that meets any resistance, The bar that the dildo connect's to , the bar will pop out of the casing it's in. Now it doesn't break .. The machines built well but, this is the Achilles heel of the machine. It's the bar that attaches the dildo to the machine according to the manufacturers instructions. Now after the first time it popped out it took me a while to figure it out the first time it did it, but after I figured it out it's real easy to put back in But, I'm sorry it's frustrating. Okay .. I mean you there excited of anticipated sexual experience, and then when things are feeling good, The dang bar pops out, and you have to stop, wipe the lube off your hands Because you won't be able to get a grip on the knob screw thing that pops out that holds up bar in place . And when it popped out my dildo fell into the floor. And well you know I had to clean the dildo off and then we'll I'm sorry I'm not real charming when I get interrupted during sex unless the house is on fire. Don't bother me .. when I start sex I don't like to start and stop.. So by the time I got everything cleaned up then real lube myself and the dildo it was like 5 min or so before we could get back to business. After the fifth time it happened I was over it! Spend the extra bucks and you wont regret it..Dont get underpowered alternatives. Only other comment is to make sure have heavy weight on back legs to keep machine from rocking. Some people suggested 40# sand bag. Also be careful to start slow...always at zero on dial. Dont want to get a forceful surprise that can injure you ... show more
