Fits the Hismith 3.0 Premium machine perfectly and keeps the front and back legs from twisting during use. You do have to raise the machine up just a tad or the rotating arm will stall against it but only like an inch or so.

This base plate works great! It really keeps everything stable and in place, no more annoying slipping or rotating during use. The setup was super easy, and you can tell it's built to last. If you've got a compatible machine, this is a solid add-on that makes a noticeable difference. Definitely worth it if you want to keep things steady and smooth. It is heavy and very high quality just like the machines! There are various finger screws to keep everything in place. The media could not be loaded. This base plate was exactly what I needed—sturdy, non-slip, and stable enough to keep my machine from rotating or shifting mid-session. For the first few months, it held up like a champ. Solid performance, no complaints. But now? Month four, and it’s starting to fall apart—literally. The issue is with the bolts that anchor the base of the legs. They rely on these flimsy little round plastic inserts to stay in place, and once those crack or wear down (which they inevitably do), the bolt becomes completely useless. No grip, no support, no way to hold the foot in securely. One small plastic failure = entire base compromised. Bottom line: great design idea, poor long-term durability. If you’re using this occasionally, you might get more mileage. But for regular use? Expect it to degrade, and be prepared to improvise or replace it entirely once those plastic pieces give out. ... show more

This is a great product. I've had the chance to use the base many times now now and it has certainly increased the overall stability. It has completely eliminated any twisting of the legs and cut down on sliding back during use. The only real drawback is, you are now limited with the angle you can use it. ... show more

Original Review: Not compatible with Servok model. Servok "feet" are too long for this base. Update: Hismith reached out to me about this product and informed me of a NEW MODEL of base which will be available in a matter of months!! So excited to have a base which is made for the Servok model. If you have any issues with these bases not being compatible with your machine, simply reach out to Hismith Customer Support! They have proven to be sensible and, by the actions of the Hismith company, indicate they value their Customers. Review is based upon compatibility with the Hismith Tabletop Pro 2.0 model. It also fits the versions with adjustable legs, undoubtedly someone else will report back on those. This is based upon the build and appearance, I may update once it’s actually been field tested. The underside is covered with a hard textured rubber which seems to offer a significant improvement in friction on top of a bed and presumably on carpeting. Will update with hardwood floor results. The tabletop model fits perfectly with no gaps, and cleverly designed knobs lock it into place. It appears that it actually screws into the legs of the professional model. For interested parties, the listing doesn’t really mention it, but it comes with a sort of bonnet like an old shower cap or the booties you slip over your shoes to keep floors clean. You can use this so you don’t transfer dirt from the floor onto the bedsheets. It’s a thoughtful addition, and sized perfectly for the base. I’m uncertain regarding its efficacy in use, however - it doesn’t seem to offer much friction. I’ll note that it could be heavier. The machine adds weight, of course, and I don’t know if more is actually needed, but it seemed lighter than I expected. ... show more

    • Arrived used and missing pieces, despite ordering New
Ordered New, got something beat up and used and missing pieces. Apparently there are supposed to be plastic spacers, which I somehow now have to figure out how to acquire. No tools either, but thankfully I have an allen wrench set somewhere I can use. Not impressed.

    • Restricts your ability to adjust Machine
When you angle the Hismith Premium 4.0, the legs move farther apart. This base locks the legs in place and does not allow that. So you have to go horizontal only. I found this a pretty big disappointment and was upset that Hismith chooses not to tell you this. It could have easily been designed to allow the back leg to slide a few inches, but was not. ... show more
