When this showed up, I wasn't sure it would even fit, just shy of 7 inches in circumference. Dimensions are true as shown. This toy definitely doesn't go first, have to warm up to it with something smaller, and lots of lube is a must. This attachment isn't as flexible as others on the market, but others don't vibrate with a head that wiggles slightly. It has a rigid interior filled with the vibrator mechanism, the outer silicone is lifelike, very smooth, and feels great. That said... Once it's in, shorter stroke, slower speed, angle of play correct on the Hismith, it feels amazing. Combined with vibration, this really does the job. I'd like to see this produced a size down, but if you are looking for thick, this is the toy for you! ... show more

Overall a good product and pretty much lives up to everything in the description. Solid waterproof design and of course works great with a hismith machine (at least with the large pro model). The pin for the adapter screws off easily (not unintentionally when in use though) and the suction cup keeps a strong grip. I did take 1 star off for the texture of the material though, it's a bit rougher and harder than many of the options out there today, but nothing that can't be dealt with. I do wish the battery lasted longer as well (~30 min continuous use or so) but at least it charges pretty quickly. Overall would recommend and buy again. ... show more

The material doesn't have a lot of give comparatively to the 9inch.. doesn't seem nearly as high quality as the smaller one 9 inch. It is a thinner layer of silicone it seems. It does feel great, its just quite a stretch.

Hismith 10.8" vibrating dildo. It's much bigger than my original impression. Thick too. It's charging now so I have no useful information about the experience but ... I'm tingling. It has a great texture and a bit heavy. If I don't update this review with performance data...it killed me.
