When this showed up, I wasn't sure it would even fit, just shy of 7 inches in circumference. Dimensions are true as shown. This toy definitely doesn't go first, have to warm up to it with something smaller, and lots of lube is a must. This attachment isn't as flexible as others on the market, but others don't vibrate with a head that wiggles slightly. It has a rigid interior filled with the vibrator mechanism, the outer silicone is lifelike, very smooth, and feels great. That said... Once it's in, shorter stroke, slower speed, angle of play correct on the Hismith, it feels amazing. Combined with vibration, this really does the job. I'd like to see this produced a size down, but if you are looking for thick, this is the toy for you! ... show more

I really didn't want one this long, but all of the other Hisense attachments were much larger in girth and this was the only one that had vibration. This one starts at a smaller girth than the others, so it will be much easier to ease into. You don't need to use the entire length anyways.
