I'll begin with the bad news. I ordered this TV on January 24th, hoping to get it by the Superbowl. The first estimated delivery date gave indication that it would. When I saw it wasn't going to make it I tried 5 different times to cancel the order but the app refused to let me cancel. When I was finally able to call I checked first and the price had already increased at every other store (by $120). I was stuck waiting for this delivery. After 2 calls to customer service it finally arrived yesterday March 11. After this experience I will never purchase a TV from Amazon again. And don't get me wrong, I buy lots of stuff from them, just got a delivery today but this was unacceptable. The TV works but the big dent in the box on the screen side gave me a lot of anxiety. Which brings me to the good news, this TV is phenomenal. Now, you need to understand that I replaced a nonsmart Vizio 42 inch 1080p HD television with this very smart 65 inch 4k beast. The Google interface is easy to work, the picture quality is spectacular and the sound is tremendous. I never expected that I would end up buying a Hisense television but after a lot of research I feel that I made the best choice possible. I've heard a lot of comments about this unit being great value for the price. In my opinion, you can't buy a better TV, you can certainly spend more money and get more expensive, fancier technology but I doubt you will notice any difference unless you are very discerning in this area. Now if you want to spend twice as much or more, please, go ahead. But if you want a TV that will impress you, and your friends and family this is all you need. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I would’ve never considered buying a Hisense TV as this has been a lower budget brand in the past. But man is this a nice TV. I got this on Black Friday and for being an OLED TV you won’t get a cheaper TV for the features that are included. I don’t do a lot of gaming and don’t watch a lot of TV but appreciate and value these features when I do so I am by no means a visual snob. This TV comes with four HDMI 2.0 ports and has a variable refresh rate of 144 hz. The blacks are very dark, great bright, and the colors are vibrant and crisp. The Google OS is responsive and easy to use coming from a Roku tv and now prefer the Google over the Roku. I have a nice sound bar, so can’t comment on the sound but upon initial set up it sounded pretty decent. According to rtings.com scored very high and was rated higher than the TCL TV I was looking at. If you’re looking for a TV that you don’t use all the time this is going to be your best option at a very reasonable price point. ... show more

My first one arrived with a cracked screen. Replacement and return was easy. Assembly is easy, but you have to be very careful to not twist or pinch it, as it doesn’t have a lot of support. It is very light. I can move it alone, but I wouldn’t recommend that as it’s risky. Configuring the TV wasn’t simple. There are a lot of settings to go through, and they are not intuitive. The remote is great, easy to use, and there are no weird buttons getting pushed randomly while operating. It is also a good size: not so tiny it is lost easily nor so large it can be used as a coffee table. I like the menu, especially how it keeps track of your “continue watching” on multiple services. However, often when I select a “continue watching”, it jumps back to a previous episode. This occurs so frequently that I mostly use the list as a reminder where a show is, and I go directly to that app, rather than deal with the hassle of getting out of the old episode and finding where I was last time. Perhaps this is partially due to the apps themselves? I watch hockey, and sometimes the screen/ feed is so blurry I can’t tell which player is on the screen, much less where the puck is. Maybe this is because of my internet connection (1g fiber) or the feed from the network. It happened so frequently, I went back into settings and disabled some of the more advanced features so the TV wouldn’t keep trying to adjust the resolution. The picture is really good. Most of the time the TV performs great. I’m not disappointed at my purchase. However, I spent hours researching TVs for my price point and can’t help but think there might have been a better choice out there. Or, maybe I would have gotten a less expensive unit with less features. ... show more

    • ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT !!!!!

WOW !!!!!! What an incredible piece of equipment. The picture quality is beyond SUPERB. This is the best sounding TV going. I have a super HIGH END sound system comprised of a full DBX 18" 4way speakers system with 2 DBX powered subwoofers & a pair of vintage Allison theater speakers & 2 Akai 6 speaker with 8" downfacing subwoofers enclosures. All in all, I have 38 speakers to blast away with. Movies become quite an experience as I have a super graphics card which enhances not only the video, but the sound also. The 144hz refresh rate is so sharp I'm considering seat belts for my lounge chair. It took me awhile to figure out the new formats variations but I finally got it down. It got here 2 days BEFORE the ETA. ( I have another 55" Hisense in my bedroom. ) I already think that this is the best buy for my money that I've ever spent for a TV. I bought it after reading oodles of reviews. I tried looking for a negative review but couldn't find one. All I found were 5 star ratings. On a scale of Ten, this is a 100. So far I can't praise this enough. This set replaced the LG 55" as it started dropping signals like a cell phone. I just can't say enough as this is the best buy for the money. KUDOS HISENSE/ UPDATE 9/24/2023/ Have returned 4 following reasons: Last Thursday it stopped receiving antenna (DTV) signals on all channels. Went to channel scan & it would only accept 12 of the 39 available channels. Then started going off & on by itself. The remote then began to not operate correctly. I could not activate voice command. It does not accept my $4000+ PC which I just built. Went to troubleshoot, but it would not respond. Could not access the eManual. There's nothing wrong with Hisense, Just this particular TV. Will get another one next month ... show more
