I read some reviews that said to order a half size up because the sandal runs small. I did just that. I wear an 11 and ordered 11.5. The sandal arrived within 2 weeks of purchase. The shoe box was sturdy and each sandal was individually wrapped. Each sandal had paper to cover the rhinestones to prevent damage. Extra rhinestones were provided. The shoes look exactly as pictured. Very lovely!! Glad I ordered a half size larger. My feet don't hang over the edge. They're comfortable so far but I haven't worn them much. Beautiful!!!! 9.7/10 Came with paper wrapped around the rhinestones and each shoe in a dust bag in the box. Even came with extra replacent rhinestones an alcohol wipe! Majorly surpassed my expectations. The straps are lined with a soft suede material and the faux leather sole is slightly padded. I bought these to wear to my cousins wedding next month. I'll try to remember to update after wear! My only complaint is that the straps are a tad loose (in my large size, anyway). Not so much thats its a turn off, but just a slight fyi. If you have wider/fatter(for lack of a better term) feet you would be in good shape! Mine are a little wide but otherwise thin and flat. I also wear a US woman's 12. Great purchace. I'm very emotional right now. I could not find sandals that fit my feet. I was even depressed about it. They would always be 2 to 3 inches too short causing the heel of my foot to hang over. I ordered these sandals on Amazon and they had them in sizes 14 & 15!! I was desperate. I wear a size 13 but I purchased a 14 to be on the safe side. Seems like the older I get, the longer my foot grows. I recieved these sandals in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to try them on. Well guess what, THEY FIT!!!!!! These sandals are very pretty, sturdy, durable, and feel secure on my feet. I'm so excited that I'm beyond myself. Thank you Amazon for being instrumental in giving me joy unspeakable. These are so pretty. Wore for a work event at a resort and wanted some sandals with some bling. They look great but the bottom is hard and offers no support so my feet hurt after being on my feet for two hours in them. I wish they had some support and would have given a 5.

These sandals are so pretty and look better in person! I would say they run a little small. I ordered half a size up and its still a bit tight on the top of my foot. I do have high arches on my feet so that could also be the issue. Id say order half a size up but if you have high arches like myself order a full size up. ... show more

They are absolutely stunning with all the gems and sparkles! They come in a lovely box with extra gems. They are very flat tho with no arch support so I do not recommend wearing them on a long shopping trip or other. Out to eat is fine or a short jaunt. I bought these for my daughter, she loved them except the size 9 was slightly too small for her so I kept them for myself and ordered her another pair in a 9-1/2. They do run a bit too small but they are very cute. They don't have any cushioning so I wouldn't wear them if you plan on doing a lot of walking. They do look great on your feet though! ... show more

Let me clarify this review by admitting that mine didn't fit. That's why I didn't comment on support or comfort. It was not a surprise they didn't fit - I have some edema so not entirely unexpected. To me they looked to be the size advertise. Too bad I had to send them back. They were really pretty.
