I and my partner are both back sleepers. We need a supportive pillow that's not high but is medium firmness. These fit the bill. I've slept on them two nights and they're supportive of my head and don't cause neck pain. They don't flatten as the night goes on like my other $40 pillow did. A couple of issues explaining the minus 1 star rating. They are smaller than normal. A standard pillowcase is too big for them. Also, these were ridiculously difficult to get out of the package. They come deflated in a vacuum sealed bag and rolled up extremely tightly in a cloth bag. I struggled a good 15 minutes to force one out of the bag. I nearly tore off my nails doing it. If you have arthritic hands, you'll likely need help to get these out. Once yanked out of the bag, I cut the wrapping carefully and they began proofing up. They did not get very thick but are a perfect thickness for me. For the price, I would buy again. I really hope the manufacturer rethinks the packaging for this item. It keeps the product pristine but is so very difficult to unpack. ... show more

I was in desperate need of new pillows so maybe my opinion is a bit bios but this is how I feel about these pillows. When they first came in, I was confused since they came in a very small package but once you remove them from it cylinder like bag and remove the from their vacuum seal plastic, they puffed up right away. When I say it’s like sleeping on clouds, I’m not kidding. I can’t say if they’re cooling or not since I have pillow cases on them and can’t feel them any cooler ( a little sad since that was a feature I wanted) but as far as comfort, they are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone needed new pillows. The cost was just an added bonus. Hope this helps. ... show more

These pillows have lived up to the reviews and for the price are very hard to beat. Im a side sleeper (Boo!) I personally cant use just one, so I double stack them- I am a bigger guy with a bum shoulder currently. None the less, very good pillows. I would reccomend and will probably replace other pillows with these as well ... show more

The pillows seem nice, but they were bagged, rolled, and stuffed so tightly in a zippered case that I had to cut the case to get them out! I made a little slit in one of them. I hate vacuum seals for that reason. The pillows had an odor, and they were marked as not washable, so I hope it dissapates.
