I remembered this product I bought a few months back that helped me with some unrelated shoulder problems and decided to have my husband try it out on my back. It has been great for me, probably not so great for him since it is now part of our nightly routine to massage some all over my back. I have been able to sleep well, where I am not getting super uncomfortable and on top of it, the smell is amazing (that is if you like a very natural smell). This stuff does dull my neck/shoulder pain, but scent makes me a little spacey if used on top of shoulder by nose. Doesn't last to long , strange scent /spacey feeling, I will buy again.
