I wasn't sure I would give these 5 stars when I first received them but after wearing them for a few days I think I will. I had hip and leg surgery within the last year and have had a real problem getting shoes on to the point where I have been known to call them everything but shoes! These are quite easy to put on and the elastic laces help to keep them on. No, there is no padding inside, no I would not go hiking with them on, yes they do have a good size toe box. I would consider them more of a house slipper type, but I can wear them comfortably to the grocery store, in the back yard, and driving. They are cute, I bought the tan. The only thing I don't like about them is the white "lace locks" but I'll get over it. They are comfortable and weigh nothing. So far I haven't tripped on one single rug!

I ordered one size up from what I wear. They fit just fine! They are really thin but I walked through the rocks and they felt a ok! I like them but I don’t know how protective they would be if you stumped your toes or dropped something on your feet!

These shoes fit nicely, slip-on easily and are rather comfortable. I also really liked the color choices. However, after walking anywhere from 4-6 miles most days for the past 3 months (while working on losing weight) since I bought them, the soles have worn thin right under the balls of my feet as well as where my toe rubs along the top while walking. Most of my walking has been on pavement, with one 7 mile hike in a state park. These might be okay for normal walking, but definitely not for extensive walking or hiking. Also with the air holes or whatever you want to call them in the soles, you definitely can't wear them on wet ground, just a little water seems to soak right through them, otherwise, they're fine for completely dry ground.

I love these. So comfy just like being barefoot but with protective soles. If you have a wide foot they are perfect!! The quality is ok I wanted to see if I liked this type of shoe before I bought the more expensive brand and then bought another pair because I liked them so much. They will not keep your feet dry if that’s your intention but if you’re out and need something that works in water as well… you’re good to go! Super flexible, the black and white are cute and like I said good for the water or walking, great versatility.
