My review is gonna be primarily on customer service. This is 100% real Remy hair. I’m gonna believe it’s 12 a the grade and the density is probably about 150%. It does have a little more red than I anticipated having that as time has gone on there’s it’s kind of settled and it does have more blondes to it highlights. Bet this is one of those companies that will for a small fee, customize the cap size for you for me. I have a small head so they’re gonna caps do a small cap for me when they were done with the holiday so I have to call but the customer service is amazing. They’re very responsive. Answer any questions you have there’s a little bit of a disruption because of the language barrier, so you may have to repeat to explain it or go about how you worded it differently to get to the what you’re trying to ask it sheds but it’s not bad. It’s it’s depending on how often you brush your hair. It’s like anybody’s normal hair it’s not a big shed type. Of Beauty can bleach it. Supposedly I personally would never bleach a wig even though it’s 100% human hair it’s just something I wouldn’t do and the length is whatever you ask it to be they have ranges of you know shorter you know maybe 18 inches 16 inches to probably 28 inches I think is as high as they go but you can ask that they’ll answer anything you ask them though if you want something that they don’t have or you don’t see there ask him they’ll let you know great people. So I’d buy from them Young based on their customer service loan, even though this wasn’t the exact coloring I wanted there was a problem with the first one there was him cause they do them on the machine and the machine had a jam, and there was a couple left that were loose a ticket and replaced it right away so if my memory is working right, I’m terminally ill so my memory sometimes I have to look back and see because I can confuse that with another wig that I had a problem with can be dangerous about it so you guys know that I do my best, but I’m pretty sure that that’s what I didn’t exchange with this one. I definitely know there was more red than I wanted, but it did settle itself after I washed it twice I think so. It’s easy to wear comfortable feels lightweight. Feels like you have your own hair on your hand now about what you do with it.

Really was convinced this was 100% human hair because the texture is almost identical to the texture of my hair before it all fell off.. until I found this purple string ? But honestly, I really like the color. I haven’t officially installed the wig, but it seems that it does need to be plucked because the hairline does not look natural.
