I bought these for my granddaughter who is a small size 2. She can still fit into most of her 18 month clothes. I just measured her waist and it is 18 inches. But, the elastic on these pants was too small. I would have sent them back but I needed them for Halloween. So, I cut through the elastic. I thought I was going to take it out, add a little to it, and put it back. However, it is sown in all around. I have given it enough space so she can wear them a little bit, but I sure wouldn't buy them again. ... show more

The leggings fit my daughter like expected however I was not expecting the leggings to pill in several areas after wearing them once. I am very disappointed. I paid a little more for the leggings since I was looking for a certain color but I didn't think this would happen so quickly or at all for the most part. Negative stars, forced to give at least one. NOT true to size. I ordered a size 13/14 for my average size 10 year old. I'd be surprised if they would fit a toddler. Some resizing definitely needs to be done. I wouldn't even order "up" in these, skip all together.

Sturdy enough for my free spirited 8.5 year old! We used them as another layer under her "cupcake costume" for Halloween. They matched the brown sequin skirt used as her cupcake liner very nicely. I would purchase these again for fall leggings.

I actually bought this for my son's costume and he normally runs on the small size. These barely fit him so I would go up a size, even for leggings.

Pants look great and fit well. BUT, the crotch split 1 hour into the first wear. Poorly constructed. Not recommended at all.
