Very soft and the cushion is about medium density. You can press it with your hand quite easily and it springs back immediately. It performs how I wanted. I'm using it as a seat and back rest cushion for a chair I made. Its very comfy!

Shipping was quick. The box was smaller than I expected, hard to imagine the 72x5x24 was packed into this small box. Followed the instructions letting it rest flat on the ground for about 36-72 hrs. At first it felt soft (first few hours of unpacking) but after two days this bad boy was firm, supportive yet soft. I cut the pieces to fit my lazy boy couch and boy was this a game changer. The couch feels and looks brand new. My cat absolutely loves it. Let's see how it hold up over time. I'll be back in 6 months to provide an update. The cushion on the left is the foam purchased here. The one on the right is the original brand, a hybrid of foam and spring. Currently, I would recommend this product. ... show more

The foam is perfect and just what I needed. I’d rate it five stars except it took forever to get it out of the shrink wrap/plastic wrap it was very tightly packaged in. I ended up cutting some of the foam on accident while trying to remove it. It didn’t affect the usage of it though and overall I’m pleased with the quality of the foam itself. ... show more

The quality of the foam is great, the packaging is a nightmare. If you have arthritis or other limitations that would make it difficult for you to cut many layers of tight plastic wrapping, pick a different product.
