Who knew these existed? I always cut my own hair (I'm a curly) and ran into this, bought it, definitely a game changer when trying to even out sides and back. The mirrors are wide enough, the light works, haven't used the charger, it came lit. Hopefully I remember where I put it if and when I need it ha. It isn't a true 360 so lower your expectations, I cannot see the nape of my neck straight on, but can see 2/3 or so from each side, enough to know that it wasn't even and to take care of that. Easy to compare both sides without moving your head. The only issue i have is I am 5'1" and am at the lower edge when it's hung at full expansion. I can still see but wish I could center my head a bit more. I read about the broken hinges, so I just close it carefully, and make sure to close the left side before the right. So far no problem but it's only been a month. Like everyone has said, remove the sticky protection or you'll think the mirrors are no good. They are super clear and crisp.

Perfect

I wanted this so that I could see the back of my head when I'm braiding it. Thought it would be something that I use from time to time then store it when not in use. Nope! We haven't taken it down since we put it up. LOL. I use it everyday for my makeup & hair. I also love the fact that it is adjustable because my 11 year is learning how to style her hair & she uses it daily also. Actually probably one of the best things I bought off here.

Great mirror for DIY haircuts with one minor drawback

I've been using this mirror to cut my own hair, and it has made a huge difference. Being able to see the back and sides at the same time makes fades and cleanup much easier than trying to use a single bathroom mirror. The mirrors are clear, the hinges feel solid, and it folds up nicely for storage. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lighting. The built-in light is only on the center mirror, and I think it would have been much more useful if all three panels were illuminated. When you're trying to see the sides of your head, extra lighting would definitely help. Other than that, it's a great product for anyone learning to cut their own hair. It has already saved me money on haircuts, and I'd still recommend it despite the lighting limitation.

This is honestly one of the best items I have brought for doing my own hair. I rarely use the light, since it has to be plugged it. But I love how you can use the mirror anywhere, and it is easy to travel with. It's so clear, you always get a clean part. I appreciate the mirrors on the side the most, it always give a great view. Worth the value, especially when you're saying money on braids!

I like the mirror, it works really well and the light is bright unlike the other mirrors I looked at that had a lot of complaints about the light being useless, this one was worth getting the light. Just hold the power button and it dims. I had the light on for over an hour without losing power, not sure how long it would have lasted had I left it on. It also had holes in the back so you can hang it on the wall, which not all mirrors come with. The case is a shiny black which I'm thinking will show scratches easily. The suction magnifying mirror isn't that magnifying but it does have a really good suction, tho in removing it, the suction stuck to the big mirror & ripped right off the magnifying mirror. I would love a new one. I like everything about this mirror except the hanging rods, they are reeeally hard to pull out of the mirror, I really struggled to get therm out, they are flush with the mirror with no tab or opening to help you grip them to pull them out, I almost had to get a screwdriver or something to pry them out but then that would have damaged the case, I finally got them out but not without a struggle. Being this difficult just to use, makes me question keeping it. That's a shame cause I otherwise really like it. It's a great idea. If I could get the hanging rods out I would give this 5 stars.

I bought this as a gift and they loved it. The design is cool and so functional for cutting your own hair. It helps get angles better than a regular mirror could. I’m not sure about battery life but it can’t be too much of an issue as you can just charge it.
