I ordered two of these warmers, one for my elderly mother's private lavatory, and another for a small lavatory in another area of our home. The temp is warm, soothing but not too hot. (Of course, the wipes need to be used, not held in one's hand, as the heating is in the device not the wipe, which expectedly will cool in the air.) I had them less than a week, and on Labor Day weekend, one stopped working. Because I had two, I determined it was the cord, not the actual device. I placed a warranty claim - again, on a holiday weekend - and was immediately given very simple instructions on how to secure an operational cord. There was great follow up on shipping, delivery date projection. Sure enough, the cord arrived within 5 business days and the unit is again up and running. Great service from this company, and they sent a reminder that they offer lifetime warranty.

My first wipes warmer has lasted 7 years before it finally stopped working. My second one has lasted 3 years and is still going. Excellent quality, I wouldn't buy anything else. I've never had to clean it and my babies definitely love it. It's brilliant.

Have the product since 2022 for our 1st baby and now our 3rd child is using it. Kinda stopped working properly so i messaged the customer support and they replied within hours and now sending me a replacement . Best customer service to deal with.

Was on the fence about buying this - my cousin swore by it but lots of people said it was a waste of money. Usefulness might depend on geographic location, but I love this warmer. We live in the PNW and my premie daughter was born in October plus her nursery tends to run chillly. She hates diaper changes because she gets cold, but the wipe warmer helped make the process a little more bearable for her and therefore easier on me. Totally worth it in my opinion

This is a great warmer! I love that it is large capacity. It holds 100 count wipes no problem. We had this for a little over 2 and half years and it stopped working. That was continuous use all day everyday. We contacted customer service and they sent us a new one no questions asked! It definitely lasts a while but if you have any issues customer service is great. So we can continue using for our second baby!
