Hardware could be gold or antique bronze depending on seller. Or there could be 1-zipper or 2, so these things are a matter of your personal preference. 1st bag sewn crooked on top, this one was sewn crooked inside, So not really that visible. The strap fully extended with hardware is about 49 inches. My iPhone 11 fits in the front pocket, but will not snap, fine for me, but might bother others. It’s not a bad knock off for a more expensive bag from Anthropologie. Definitely much better price. $
