I have a large black Siamese baby and we had to throw out her old gross cat tree that was secondhand anyway. Same brand and she loved it so I went for them again. This seems to be almost like a starter cat tree for kittens or for just smaller cats in general. The strap that holds it to the wall is currently the only thing that keeps it from toppling over from her weight. It was easy to put together once I understood the labels which are also easy to understand. Anyone who can’t figure out how to put this together likely lacks common sense. It’s much softer than I anticipated (in a good way) in the pics it looks just semi soft but it feels really nice to both of us and I have sensory issues! I will say however it does seem cheaply made (also not an expert and our secondhand was about two years old and I never had a tear or anything) It comes with an extra ball which is perfect because I didn’t even hang it up yet and she was already trying to chew through the string of the spare like she did with her old cat tree ball. Three times. Don’t be too worried if the string breaks as you can retie it until you run out of length in the string. I definitely recommend this if you have cats on the smaller side it’s really good especially for the price! It is very sturdy I weigh roughly 105lbs and it held my weight perfectly. I should’ve looked at the sizes of the product before buying which sucks cause I’m normally great about that but I was in a hurry ... show more

Gets a passing grade from the local tabby. He loves the box and its a great small foot print cat tree. I will warn, this thing will shed fur like crazy on you while you assemble it. Other than that, it's an easy assembly, looks good, feels sturdy, and is so soft you'll wish you could crawl up in there and curl up instead of your cat. ... show more

My cats only utilize the top platforms, the basket, and occasionally the scratching posts. I’ve never seen them in the cubbies. However, it’s very sturdy and was cheaper than some of the more minimalist cat trees. Assembly was fairly easy, although time consuming.

First, I was impressed that they were able to get such a large cat tree into such a small box! Particularly after I assembled it. Second, the engineering to make it so easy to assemble was superb. Lastly, we have one cat, at least, who loves the cat tree! The three old ones? Meh, not so much. But I know that curiosity will get the better of them! Over all, the quality is quite good at a great price point. It is strong, the green color is attractive enough, and a great change from the usual dull gray. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect cat tree for my cats, and this one is it! My cats and I both love it. It has multiple areas for the cats to lay, and it is very sturdy. I love how it has multiple scratching areas for the cats as well. The size is also perfect and is not too big or small. It was also fairly easy to build and only took me around 30 minutes to build. I got this very attractive cat tree for my two adult cats, one of which is very big at 18 lbs while the other is long and lanky at 7 lbs. This cat tree is perfect for both cats because it has two caves, two platforms, a basket, a hammock and numerous scratching posts.
