These extensions arrived in great condition,very soft and thick. They had a little curl to them that wasn't mentioned but it's a soft curl , simple and cute. The Color match was fantastic! I got the number 60, and it was perfect. I get my hair products from salon centric but you can also get them at your closet salon,Ulta,or on the website of your choice. I would suggest using alcohol free, sulfate and parabans free shampoo and conditioner!! They will last a while than! The seller is amazing! I'd recommend the seller for sure! Definitely fixes any issues because we all know with everything good sometimes a bad thing is bound to happen weather it's a bad batch or something in shipping things just happen!! And he's great at trying to fix those somethings!! Hairs super soft and thick!

I ordered the Hetto weft for my hair because it is thinning out after having a baby. I am very self conscious about how thin it was and wanted thicker hair. I tried vitamins and all of the expensive shampoos with no difference. I couldn’t afford to have salon extensions, so I ordered the Hetto weft and had my daughter put them in. I decided to add length and thickness. I was very happy with how easy it was to install and the quality of the hair. The hair is beautiful and soft! I was also able to color the weft with no issues. I feel so much better about my hair. I will definitely use these again.

Update 11/12/25 Shedding , seal the wefts before using to prevent Shedding, Flawless , these are the best weft extensions , I'm going to make a wig i bought 12. 12, 12 14 , #60 The 12 in 70 g and the 14 in is 80 g ,so you night need 4 to 5 bundles for wig making, just BEAUTIFUL 😍

I have been ordering these for my daughter for a little over a year now. Initially she and her hairdresser loved them. They lasted about 8 weeks. However the last couple of times we have ordered them the color is not platinum anymore. It is much more brassy and the quality has really gone down. They now only last barely 4 weeks. Thr price is also very unpredictable can range from $75 to over $100. Also the delivery time can be unpredictable. Sometimes it comes in a couple days other times it can take weeks to get them. Will no longer be purchasing these or recommending them to anyone. I am not sure id they switched sources or not but don't waste your money. I gave 2 stars because they used to be good quality and cheaper.

I purchase d this hair for a routine sew in.... the texture was soft when it arrived and I really liked the color, however after the first wash it was in knots, matted and frizzy. It feels like straw and no amount of oil or conditioning helps. I have tried deep conditioning treatments and different oils and it is still a disaster. Nothing will work!!!! There is so much shedding which is unfortunate considering the amount of brushing you have to do to try to get the tangles and matting out just to have to brush it again 5 minutes later. Maybe I just got a bad batch because most of the reviews are pretty good which is why I chose this hair. I now have to buy new hair and pay for another sew in just 2 weeks after having it done. ***UPDATE*** THE SELLER REACHED OUT RIGHT AWAY TO ADDRESS MY ISSUES WITH MY PURCHASE.... THEY OFFERED RIGHT AWAY TO REPLACE THE HAIR WITH THE SAME OR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OF MY CHOICE. I DECIDED TO GET THE PLATINUM CLIP IN EXTENSIONS AND I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT THEY WASHED WELL AND FEEL GREAT.... I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT THE SELLER DID NOT ASK ME TO CHANGE OR UPDATE MY REVIEW... THEY SIMPLY CHECKED IN TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY REPLACEMENT.
