I have to say, the quality of the hair in these extensions was fabulous. Unfortunately, the adhesive that holds the hair and the metal loop all together at the top started to break down and fall apart. Within a week the extensions began falling apart and coming out. Each one left the metal loop attached in the crimped beads in my hair so the extensions were unusable and I had to get pliers to open the beads left behind and pull the sticky remains of the extensions and the metal loop from my hair. What a waste! I’ve been using extensions for years and have never had this happen. I had to throw every one of them away and order from another seller. I still gave 2 stars because the quality of the hair itself was some of the best I’ve ever received.

The media could not be loaded. I received my order today and shipping & delivery was super fast, I was happy about that. I ordered 3 packs of the 20 inch straight Itip hair extensions in #18/613. when I opened the packs they looked awesome, the hair was full, perfect color and looked beautiful. Before I was going to install them I did a light wash and did a blow dry with cold air and they instantly turned frizzy, dry and unhealthy looking. I'm glad I didn't install them first before I washed them, I would have been stuck with frizzy dried up looking hair. I am extremely disappointed and won't be installing these extensions in my hair at all. I purchased 3 packs with coupon and got a really good deal but still not worth the $130.00 I spent. I do not recommend these hair extensions to anyone they are a very poor quality, buyers beware.

Got this package and installed the hair… the tape would not stick. My hair came out instantly when I brushed my hair. I’ve been using hair extensions for 7 years and these are horrible. Waste of money. So much for trying to have cute vacation hair 😢😩

When the clip in arrived, the hair felt hard and crunchy. I purchased 2 packs and both sets felt this way. As I went through the packs before installing I noticed that on the 4 clip track one on the clips wasn't secured to the track on one end. See as I had tossed my old set (a different brand) away and needed a quick hairdo for my birthday, I proceeded to install them. Long story short the quality of the hair sucks, it tangles and you have to clip the knots out. A waste of good money.

I love getting my extensions on Amazon and these are some of the best I’ve ever had. I actually only needed one pack because I have low density of hair so keep that in mind. They wash and style just like my hair and look so natural!!! Definitely ordering more from this brand.

I'm so angry! The reviews were decent so I decided to go with this product. When I got it the hair felt soft and seemed ok. After paying $250 to have it sewn in the hair was unmanageable in 2 days time. It feels like doll hair. Also, I ordered 2 packs and only received 1. Just overall not happy. I will be glad to update my review if this is resolved
