It came with a weird texture.. a weird coating. Then it became super tangled and matted within two days. I wasted money buying the hair, wasted money installing the hair. And now i am wasting more money to get it taken out and finding a new hairstyle for an event in 2 days. Waste of time, money and energy. 0 stars. Very bad quality. It's fine for those of us who want to make the transition and not be impatient for change. The color isn't exactly mine but twisting it up nicely makes it look better. I had to cut it and shape it, but it's relatively fine.

    • Quality hair but too heavy
Quality hair and color, but way too big and heavy if you have shorter or fine hair or hair loss. The lace piece will make it unable to cut the hair much, and also makes it impossible to hide if you don't have plenty of longer hair of your own. I had to return.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the ash blond high lighted blond in 18". This is the very first Hetto purchase I found underwhelming and I have ordered from them many times. The color isn't good, I'm going to be completely honest. Remember when you were a kid and stained paper with tea to make it look aged? That is the color of the ash. It's a weird, washed-out, strawberry dusty rose, gramdma curtains, warm brown. I'm gonna try to tone it, but even the velcro and sew on part is that awful color. Leading me to believe this tea stained color was a choice instead of an accident. I've bought many ash products from hetto and never come across these weird red tones. It was an expensive pony tail so I really hope it's not a total loss. If you need an ashy pony, get platinum and tone it yourself. ... show more

    • Great hair...if you only want it for a couple weeks
Me and this hair have had a very love hate relationship, I initially got this hair in and was so excited, it looked so soft and nice. I had it installed, and that also went great and I was so happy with my new hair. However shortly after I started losing strands, and a lot. What I noticed when I was losing hair, it was not the beads slipping out from installation, but the hair coming unattached from the metal tips, so not only is it falling out but the hair is no longer reusable because the metal tip is no longer attached. I ordered 5 packs, as my hair is thick and I am adding length, I feel as if I wasted my money on this hair. I use nanobead extensions regularly and this is the first brand I have had this problem with. So if your looking for quality hair for a couple weeks, this would be great for you. But sadly if your looking for quality hair with any type of longevity, I would not recommend. I have had this hair in for about 3 weeks and I have lost an entire packs worth at least, all of which is no longer usable. ... show more
