Very warm, so warm, in fact, that they are likely to be too toasty to use as driving gloves - Hestra Andrew might be better. I first saw these at the Patag**** store for $150; in the $80s from Amazon is a much more attractive price. Hestra has an interesting approach to sizing - they tell you to match the glove size to your shoe size. I'm normally an 8-1/2 shoe and indeed the Hestra Andrew glove fits me in 8.5. If I had followed the Hestra sizing chart I might have ordered size 8 in this glove. But the 8 was way too tight, and the fingers were too short. The 9 fits perfectly. Not sure this would work for everyone, but I'd be inclined to suggest that if you think you're a half size, order up rather than down. ... show more

Overall construction is remarkable The Elk skin is soft supple durable I generally wear a medium in gloves I chose an eight which fits perfectly and snug They feel really nice and do well for driving Yes they’re pricey but they are the nicest pair of gloves I’ve ever owned

Nice gloves, but a size smaller than every other Hestra pair that I have. I usually wear and 7 with room to spare but I could barely get these on.... especially tight and short in the fingers. I had to get them in an 8, which fits... but not with much room to spare.
