I really, really like this purse, the style, size, just what I need for and everyday purse. I even ordered the brown one too. But, I cannot get past how this style purse, for the price, does not have a strap holder where I could slide and adjust to my liking. Cheaper handbags are expected to cut corners. I like the matte black and it has ample room plus it's attractive. It came unstuffed and shapeless. It was stuffed into a plastic bag which had a tear which contributed to it looking smashed. It should've been boxed and protected. Yes, I received the shoulder strap and dust bag and a laverder sachet inside to help with the odor. No, a large phone with a cover won't fit in the outside pocket. There are no pen slots inside nor a snap to secure keys. The dark brown silky lining makes it hard to find your items. Once adjusting the shoulder strap there is no little band to secure the overhang so it just flops. I compared the quality to S-Zone and that's my preferred brand. ... show more
