I would give a 5 but the packs the hair come in are upside down. When you remove the hair from the bottom where it opens, it bunches up and if you’re not careful, it can get stuck to the sticky seal. If you’re not a pro, don’t remove the twist tie like the instructions show. Make it very tight so that when you can pull it through hole, adjust it to where you want it on the hair strand, Use the pliers to close it using all your force, then undo the twist tie.
