It's fluffy underneath the tag so you can confidently use your seam ripper or small scissors to take out the stitches. Needs about 10 fluffs and it's perfect. I've gotten so many compliments already!     • No zipper and the top is folded over wt one crappy button. Disappointing.

I love the bags feel & look. The first thing I did was remove that terrible brand label. Made such a huge difference in the look. Its much better. I do not like the way the snap works. Its cheap -“and not good enough to keep the bag closed properly. The way its made is bizarre. The top is folded over so, when you snap it, its not very secure. The shoulder strap is crappy fake leather/foam. I use a make up bag to keep my stuff in so I don't loose anything. I wont use it as an actual purse. I use it as more of a tote to bring things along. I gave 4 stars bc it is cute and I found a purpose for it. I am disappointed bc I would love it as a purse. Its not functional. ... show more

I ordered one of these bags in the color green which I love and am still in love with, so much that I ordered the grey one. When I got the grey bag I was very disappointed to find out that it’s not as charcoal grey like the photo displays.
