This is a great desk so far. The assembly took about 90 min. Directions were OK, some portions did not apply to the desk I purchased. The drawer is flimsy as its fabric, but it is functional. I only drop 1 star as the desk has 4x pieces that make up the top. Not a huge deal, maybe one day I'll replace it with butcher block or similar. The electronics work as expected and the memory feature is a necessity on these sit/stands. Fair warning - the shipping box was HEAVY. Two-person job ideally. I managed to carry it upstairs by myself but it was not easy. Overall I would recommend, if you're OK with seeing the seams of the 4-piece top. Half the price of high end sit-stands. ... show more

Once it was all put together, the desk is as advertised. Instructions were terrible once it came to putting the support rods. Additionally, there were missing parts which was immediately addressed by the seller and quickly resolved by sending out the parts. So far so good. No issues with the desk. Works as advertised. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. Assembly instructions could be better but if you’re used to putting things together then it’s not hard to figure out. My wife has been using it for about a week now and no issues.

The desk is large and sturdy. Assembly wasn't bad, I had to watch a video because instructions and photos weren't the best. Biggest complaint is the seams between the desktop panels. Because the desktop surface is a laminate it cheapens the look. The drawer is a joke. I wish it was the same material as the desk. For the price, it's a good buy. ... show more

I teach for a cyber school, and have been wanting an adjustable height desk for a long time, because I don't like teaching sitting down. I work from home a few weeks a month, so when I saw this product it looked perfect for my needs. My husband was able to put this together in about an hour. Well packed. Easy to assemble. Solid. Precisely working electronic controls. Beautiful finish. Extra smaller step can be mounted on any side. Slight wood glue spill on surfaces needed cleaning using warm lightly soaked cloth. Some screw sockets came loose from wooden mountings, but still functioned. Screws are soft, and can strip the heads if pushed a bit harder than required. Regardless, found to be not a show stopper if you use hand tightening. Power drill bit is included. Plenty of extra hardware included. If you want to use a power drill, you must know how to use low torque settings and slow speed driving. Anything higher power and/or speed will strip the screw heads for nothing. ... show more

    • Needs a thorough cleaning
Panels were dirty with I presume to be glue. They took quite a bit to clean. On the positive side, parts came well-labeled and instructions were reasonably clear. I found one mistake and 2-3 things that were not clear, which is better than I was expecting.

    • Sturdy, quiet, larger-than-average standing desk. Good build quality. Instructions need some work.

TL;DR A great Standing Desk, quiet, dual-motor, feels sturdy, carries the weight without blinking. This is a great larger desk that allows for easy sitting and standing. The motor is quiet, even with a solid amount of weight on the desk, and does not bog down within the weight limits. If you need a large workspace, and to get some stuff off your desk and up a bit, this is an excellent choice. The lost star is for the instructions and the extras which feel like an afterthought. The instructions to mount the cupholder are confusing at best. I managed to use one of the longer screws in a way that caused the screw to go through the top desk surface. Not a huge deal, but the desk is now permanently damaged, which is a bummer, and I can attribute to the instructions for the cupholder being very vague on how to mount it. The headset hook, the cupholder, and the desk drawer all feel like things someone threw in to remove any reason for someone to not buy the desk. However, they don't feel as sturdy as the rest of the desk with the metal legs, beefy screws, and very solid desktop. The drawer is close to disfunctional. Fabric on fabric, folded, and as another reviewer mentioned, a bit stinky. Plus it kind of blocks the user at the desk. I removed it (which was easy, thankfully). But you aren't getting a standing desk for the extra features. You are getting it for a sturdy workspace that moves up and down extremely easily and very quietly.
