Just finished assembling this table. Relatively easy. The metal shelf I received was covered in dust that was red like rust and a bit warped. It cleaned up okay but seriously... One of the screw inserts was stripped from the beginning. The glass doesn't sit square on the frame. Probably won't return it but not impressed with the overall quality. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. i’ve never written a review but I forced myself to on this one. I returned three other coffee tables previous to this one they were all too short and small with bad quality. This is the best coffee table you are gonna get at this price point I promise you that. it's obviously a used item, even though it's lightly used. Some small scratches on the glass, glass doesn't fit very snugly in the slot, and it has some rust/irregular metal area. Bolts also don't line up exactly with the holes. Wish amazon would do something about sellers sending obviously used items as new. ... show more

    • Very easy assembly, sturdy no creaks
I’ve done a lot of IKEA furniture in my day, so I know what constitutes easy to moderate to difficult levels and this rates super-easy. Just the Allen wrench and the frame is up in no time. The glass table top was packaged well so nothing to worry about regarding breakage there. Oh, the pictorial directions aren’t clear on this, so FYI the little sheet of black bubbles are bumpers for the frame where the glass sits. ... show more

    • Nice but damaged
The table is nice and has a nice dark finish, but there were dents in the bottom part and where the legs attach to the bottom tray was damaged, so it was very difficult to slide the piece in. Also, there were no instructions, and one of the screws was so misaligned that we couldn’t even put it in at all. It was too heavy and seemed to tedious of a task to pack up and send back, so we are making do with it. ... show more
