Frame came well-packaged, on time, and as described/pictured. The rustic look actually looks better in person, I get LOTS of compliments. The frame is light so it is easy to hang anywhere and does not seem to gather much dust. Also, the brackets that hold the pictures in where easy to move and stay in place (not like some frames where they are either stuck or way too loose). I will be buying more to gift to others and to hang around other parts of my apartment.

They used plexiglass instead of real glass which was disappointing and made it feel cheap but after we removed the protective film on both sides of the plexiglass you didn’t notice the difference just by looking at it. It looked good after it was hung up.

Bought this to hang family and wedding photos in my new home as a newlywed. Maybe I didn’t read enough reviews, but definitely less than what I was expecting. All plastic (even the “glass”) except for the cardboard back. Very cheap, feel like $33 was way overpriced. If the photo openings were glass maybe I’d feel differently, but the plastic to protect the photos is foggy. I think I’m going to just buy something different at this point to replace it.

I ordered it, hung it up and love it so much I ordered a second one to hang opposite the first one. I ordered the grey one and it’s grey with some white streaks in it- just like the picture shows. Has the piece on the back to hang up vertical or horizontal.

Why would anyone want a picture frame with plexiglass instead of glass. I hate it and it’s not worth the money. I bought it to use as a seating chart for my daughter’s wedding. I’ll have to spend MORE money to make it look presentable. Very disappointed.

My “Hello Laura Photo Frame” came yesterday day. The wife loves this frame. It has a vintage kinda look and is very stylish. The frame came very well packaged. Hanging the frame was a breeze only having to use two small framing nails. It can be hung vertically or horizontal (as shown). This Frame looks beautiful above my chest dresser with plenty of slots for photographs. I would suggest they offer more colors in the future but none the less this is a very nice piece.
