PROS: Easy to use, no blender ball/insert, very smooth drink, easy to clean, nice look! CONS: Could possibly break if you drop it, pricier than a normal blender bottle. Bought this last week because it had some pretty good reviews compared to others, and I have to admit they're right! I used 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition protein powder mixed with 1 cup of almond milk and after about 30 seconds of good shaking, every speck of protein was gone. It definitely created a little vortex in there and grabbed everything off the bottom. I even put the protein powder in first to make sure it was all down in the crevices like it would be if you were going to put a scoop in and have it ready in your gym bag. I wasn't sure at first, because it looked like some would get stuck in the cracks, but after the full 30 seconds of shaking, there wasn't any in sight. When I took a sip, it felt like it came straight out of a blender. Super smooth! Since there is no blender ball or any inserts, it is amazingly easy to clean. You can fit a normal sponge, a sponge with a handle, or the bottle cleaners they sell now (I have all 3 and would recommend the bottle cleaning brush that looks like a toilet brush). Everything cleans right off very quickly. It is made of a stronger material, but I've seen that it won't hold up well if you drop it. It's like a harder plastic that can take a beating in a bag, but if you drop it directly on the ground you're possibly going to break it, so try to be careful. ... show more

When I got this bottle, I thought Amazon made a mistake and sent me the wrong one. But when I opened it up and read what the inscription says, this is supposedly the “NEW” 28oz. This is despite the fact that it only counts up to 20oz on the bottle itself. What a jolt off! No wonder the 20oz bottle and 28oz bottle that they advertise costs the same amount of money. Go figure!!!!! Update: I did use the bottle today finally. My mix came in the mail as expected. It works great! Not one single grain was left after I shook up my mixture. And it turns out the size of the bottle is ok. I was hoping and praying it would work out ok for me. And it did! Satisfied with this purchase. Upgrading this to 5 stars now from 2 stars before. Highly recommend! Almost as described! But the shaker is as described. Happy with it! ... show more

so i bought this as an experiment to use for mixing my kencko powdered smoothies, the kencko bottle was just too small for me (it's built like a 20oz bottle but only has about 10oz of space for the smoothie) & annoying to clean due to all of it's parts. sometimes it would clump up even though it had a filter/mixing grid. so this seemed like the answer to all of my problems, only two parts to clean and was literally double the size! and lo and behold, it worked perfectly. even better than the kencko bottle tbh, this provides a much better mix and the smoothie tastes so much smoother. i've only used it for a week and one mix had a weird clump of powder that may have been my fault b/c it ended up dissolving after i left my smoothie in the fridge for a few hours lol. the bottle is super easy to clean! i just use a silicone bottle cleaner and it gets to everything easily. i haven't tried using the dishwasher for this and probably won't unless i'm really lazy, but if i do i'll end up editing this review w/ my experience on that. i'm ordering another one that i can use while my other bottle is drying off, was so impressed with this I just felt that i should leave a review!! ... show more

The vortex design is a real paradigm shift in product design for mixing powders with liquids. There’s no better, faster and more effective method I’ve tried that simultaneously satisfies so many other criteria at the same time. It sounds funny, I know, but it’s the truth. I saw the promoted product and the videos and just knew it was more of the typical “products” you see in online shopping and social media. After seeing the design explanation, I noticed this is made in the states. We all know the typical online retail formula: “‘entrepreneur’ goes on alibaba and has a product made before slapping a lame brand on it and selling on sites that allow third party sellers” … instead, this is actually a real product, by a real company that’s not going to vanish from the marketplace in six months. So I had to try it, and I’m glad I did. Superb mixing, easy to clean, lid stays shut, looks good, clean plastics without BPA. I have tons of whey isolate, and some of it is close to expiration. At this point of shelf life, whey can get clumpy enough that any kind of mixing will leave chunks you’ll want to filter out before drinking. My first test was to see if I could mix old whey well enough to eliminate clumps. So I shook it hard, and for a full 15 seconds. I was amazed to find that the texture was indiscernible from fresh whey. Zero clumps. No amount of shaking in a typical spring/ball shaker would eliminate these clumps! So, it actually works as advertised - and maybe even better than the company claims. I’m a fan now. This is real design, real science, and deserves support. Worth every penny. ... show more

The quality of the product is A+ and easy to use and clean. Love the fact that it is U.S. made (hard to find that anymore). Needed something to mix up my psyllium husk powder drink as well as protein powder shakes. This does the job quickly and easily. Liked it so much got another one for the wife. Definitely highly recommend this shaker bottle. Only suggestion, would be nice to have "colored" options so able to "designate/assign" them to users. But that's just being picky - ha! ... show more
