The media could not be loaded. Bought this to replace a basic, old warmer that stopped working after a year and a half or so, and it's been great so far. I have some after market bulbs that were too big for the old one so the bulb touched the glass and my wax burned out too quickly. I haven't tried any other bulbs with this one but it's tall enough that the dish won't touch it if it's larger than what it came with. Super easy and I love having the option of different brightnesses and strength. It does melt my wax pretty quickly and if it's on full strength they lose their scent pretty fast, but if you use a liner it will slow it down just a little and it makes swapping scents much easier. I use baking cups because they're cheap and easily accessible, but they do tend to leak a little bit. I'm sure the liners made for wax warmers are more durable but I am just fine with still doing a little cleanup when I got 100 of those cups for a dollar or two. Will update if any issues arise, but it's been great so far for the 2 months I've had it.

When I tell you I love these I mean I really love these I order one for myself and 3 more for my daughters . Great quality ,super cute lighting .I love the touch light .Heats up pretty quickly I pop my wax melt in and in minutes my room smells so good .

This item is a must have it beauty can brighten any room. This piece is beautifully made with metal, plastic and glass. a touch of the silver panel at the bottom turns it on. The sweet smell of your favorite candles or aroma drops spread though your home. No worries safe, convienent, it also has 3 setting. Just a wonderful piece, I also use it for a night light,. I suffer with stuffy noses so I placed a spoon full of vick's vapor rub and it it filled the room. I really like this piece it's a must have.

The brightest setting is bright! The middle setting to bright setting easily heats up liquify the wax while the lowest setting takes longer. I kept it plug to an extension that I can turn off the power completely .

I took a chance and ordered this wax warmer. My intent is to use essential oils instead. Happy to report that the dimmest setting does heat the oil enough to produce a pleasant scent. I took note of another review and added filtered water first, then dropped in the essential oils. The lamp was packaged well with no loose crystals. The Silver is simply gorgeous. The price is excellent also. Time will tell if this is a lasting value though. UPDATE: Sorry, 3 weeks later, the HEKALU Lamp stopped working. Customer Service was excellent and replaced it quickly. However, the replacement never worked out of the box. I did receive a refund quickly after returning it. BOTTOM LINE: The device may not work long or at all!

Lasted me over a year working out of the box with no issue. I am very sensitive to light and good lighting can really boost my mood. The lighting from this unit is beautiful, and the dimming feature lets you choose from three different lighting options, which is amazing. The dimmable option is a must-have - not just for lighting but also to help control the strength of the wax melt smell. The higher the heat, the faster the wax melts and the stronger the smell. Some wax melts wre pretty potent, so it’s nice to have that option. Also great that you don’t have to fumble around with a plug or a switch to turn it off. Just tap it and it’s off for the night. The bulb finally gave out after a year + of continuous use. I bought a new bulb from the store and it works / turns on but now the dimming option isn’t working (I probably bought the wrong bulb), but at this price I’m just buying a whole new unit and I’ll move the old one to a different area of the house. Buy it, you won’t regret it!
