The desk is very nice. Works well and packaged pretty well. I've only had it a day though and it came with 1 part damaged. The tel#'s (there were 2 tel#'s) on the instruction manual don't connect to any kind of customer service. It was like they connected to remote vm. The email on the manual is a regular outlook email. I contacted Amazon who also could not locate a tel# for the manufacturer and the seller isn't the manufacturer so the only thing Amazon could do was ship an entire new desk and I'd have to return an entire desk less the part I needed. I ended up just keeping it with the damaged piece becauseit was a hassel. Normally you'd just contact the manufacturer and theyd ship a replacement part and not a whole new thing. Pros - Shipped quickly and received on Cons - Damaged when I took it out of the box. No padding between the desk plates to keep from clinking together during shipping. 2 areas of the desk chipped. Took 3 hours to put together. Many, many steps. I did call Amazon and was offered a discount on the desk. They were unable to send the replacement parts. Amazon did try to rectify the problem. I have been wanting a Standup Desk for some time now, did a bunch of research, read a lot of reviews and decided on the Sweetcrispy Adjustable Desk. The assembly process was simple and came with all the Tools needed to complete the project. I have been working with this desk for a few months now, and I can honestly say, it saves my back (From leaning over so much). When I get tired of sitting, I just push a button and raise the Desk. I keep getting the E13 error when I try and adjust the height. It only moves up an inch and then I get the error and have to reset it to get it to move an inch again. A great desk for anyone who works from home. The sit and stand feature works well, and is great for helping with circulation. It was a lot larger than I had initially thought it would be, which ended up working out in my favor. Desk was easy to put together and I love the fact I can either sit at it or raise it up to a standing desk. With that in mind make sure your cables are long enough for your monitors and such or you will do what I almost did and pull them off the desk.

This is the perfect desk if you have a walking treadmill or enjoy standing while working. I like using it as a standard desk as well as using it in tangent with my treadmill while I work at home! Great quality and looks nice!
