Listen, my fiancé flipped his kayak, and his stuff went all in the water. We searched several minutes trying to find this pack because what does it have in it? HIS EXPENSIVE VAPE! Needless to say, we find his pack 15, maybe 20 minutes later and low and behold. WATER PROOF! Vape unfazed. Took us longer to find his darn water jug and that water was FREEZING. I do however, recommend getting a bright colored one if it were to take a swim with out you. Maybe even a little bobber. LOL!! Ps. Strap the waist band to the kayak handles if available. Trust me, no zebra stripe tans here!

Black is not see through but I guess I should have paid more attention to that. The bag does absorb heat being that it is plastic but it served its purpose. If you plan to be in direct sunlight be sure to cover your bag. It got drenched and everything inside of the bag stayed dry. Would recommend to anyone and I would buy again.

Took on a river trip, I bought them for our phones and other dry stuff, we didn't use them as fanny packs but used the to stap to the cooler. Only issue is they get kinda hot if left in the sun so the contents get hot, we just threw them in the cooler on top of the ice and had no more issues.

This has always been a concern of mine - what to do with your valuables when going swimming in the ocean. I learned of this product while watching travel videos on YouTube and immediately purchase the product for my trip to Cuba. It worked as expected and was easy to use. The pouch has ample room to store your valuables. This is a must have product if you go to the beach and don't want to worry about your valuables while enjoying the water. I could go out as far as I wanted to enjoy the water (snorkel) and didn't have to look at my spot on the beach every couple of seconds - It definitely gave me peace of mind.
