Overall, I like these glasses - and from a distance they almost look like glass. Nice colors. They are super durable and I think they will last quite a while. I purchased this set for an elderly relative that did his own dishes so he sometimes would hit a glass while cleaning since he had poor eyesight; he went through a lot of glasses. I was at his house for several months after purchasing this set so I used them a lot. They were great. About the only issue I had with them is even after a thorough cleaning, they do have a bit of a haze to them - so they don't always appear super clean even though they are. I also used them to make ice because he did not have ice trays since he did not like iced drinks - I'd put a little water in the bottom - freeze them and when I wanted an iced drink, just pour it into these glasses.
