So far, there have been no issues. I have carried a laptop and several other items at the same time with no durability issues. It is PVC, so there is a slight plastic smell sometimes, and it can saturate into food items if left long enough. The straps do worry me about long term use, and they are not very large, so people with very large or broad arms may be more comfortable with a different backpack. There is enough room for a standard 15.6 sized laptop to stand in, length and width wise, and the side mesh holders are nice and wide.

I had get see thru backpack for work. I’ll admit I didn’t want to, but being able see where stuff is and not have dig thru bag plus waterproof in inclement weather is a plus. This is a sturdy thick bag , but plastic strap adjuster did break. I still give it 5 stars because customer service was super fast at responding and replacing it with a new bag. I find if I just ask for help and not show anger most companies are willing work with you. I will say I like this product and jumparo went above and beyond with customer service, that matters to me.

I bought this for my teenage son who uses it everyday at school. The material is sturdy but not stiff. The straps are of good quality and the side pocket are good for holding bottles. My only gripe is the bottom corner began to tear, but this was after 7 months of daily use. Overall, great quality and a definite buy.

We use backpacks like this at work due to security measures. This product did great at first. I wear both straps over both shoulders, and we work about 14 days each month. This product first came unseemed about a month into use at the triangle where the bottom of the backpack strap meets the bag. Then, maybe a month later, the outer pockets came unseemed and allowed any contents I placed there to go into the main compartment. A year later, this thing is completely apart. For what it is (i.e. clear plastic material sewn together with pretty durable shoulder straps), I think the product did well. I love that the product is transparent and doesn't have a bunch of compartments to confuse our security officers enough to force us to empty the contents. The straps works well until one of them became completely detached a month into use. I bought two of these at the same time and gave one to my coworker who uses his much more gently. And after 2 months of use, his broke in the exact same place. Not saying this is the best or worst product, but buyers should know that plastic this thin will only last so long when supporting a laptop, a few cables, and some troubleshooting tools. Take it easy on them if you want this to last any time. My coworkers have experienced the same with every other brand so far.
