FIrst of all - this material is manufactured in USA, which I am willing to pay more for. When the roll arrived, I thought the box must contain something else - maybe the hydraulic cylinder I ordered? It was THAT heavy - 26 pounds! This stuff is SUPER heavy-duty and durable. I am really impressed by the quality. I unrolled it into the hallway and left it for a day or two, but it was mostly flattened-out within a few hours. I cut it with a utility knife and straight-edge on some scrap plywood. The thickness is 0.083" (2.1 mm) - so you lose a small amount of drawer-height, but no complaints. It cut perfectly, lays flat, has the right amount of grip, and looks great, easy to clean. I ordered another roll for doing more drawers and shelves. I had no issues with the texture or smell that other reviews have mentioned. There is a slight vinyl smell, but dissipated after a day or two. Yes its expensive, but worth it in my opinion. ... show more

    • Great Tool Box liner
I have searched for a good durable tool box liner that would not ball up at the back of the drawer like the foam liners do. This material is thick, easy to work with and tools stick to where you put them. I only wish they made some a little wider. I own a large snap-on box where the drawers are 27" deep and and the material only comes in 16" or 24". I ended up using 24" material and cutting the last 3" strips and taping together on the bottom with some 3" wide gorilla tape. Worked really good. A lot of the drawers had dividers so the 16" material worked great for those area's. I highly recommend using this material for tool box liners, cabinets, shelfs etc. ... show more

This stuff is quality! I was concerned about ordering this because a few of the reviews stated the product they received didn't match the description (was missing texture). But what I received has texture exactly matching the photos. It's about 1/8" thick and very durable. It cuts great on a track saw. It's easier to work with if you roll it up in the opposite direction it arrives and let sit for a day or two, so that it removes some of the curled tension. I used this to line my lower kitchen and bathroom cupboards as kitchen liners are annoying and slide around. This stuff stays put, is tough, and can be wiped down. I put all my big kitchen appliances in it too (mixer, meat grinder, meat slicer) and it stands up well. I have cork in the drawers but it would not stand up to the more industrial cooking equipment I have. I would have no problem lining my tool chest with this but it is already lined. ... show more

Very impressed with the density and heft of this liner material. I was concerned that I may need some double sided tape at the drawer perimeters to keep the material laying completely flat. Not necessary, this is heavy enough to lay down well once it's been in place for a short time. This material will likely stand up to whatever lands on it in a cabinet or tool chest. ... show more
