I bought this for a Lowe’s1648 John boat. My last cover was for a 14-16 ft boat and it was too small. This one is for 16-18 ft boats and it is large enough that laps over the sides and ends perfectly. There are plenty of tie down straps. I think I’m going to like this one. Especially for the price.

I have owned covers from the factory on a bass boat that didn’t seem as thick as this one is. Great deal. I bought this for a jon boat and it has kept it dry. Easy to take off but strapping it back on takes a few minutes. Keeps water out of boat. Fits great. 100% would recommend.

I've got a 14' mod v jon boat and when I measured it it was just over 14' so I got the 14-16' version. It covers the entire boat including the motor which I like. The bag/motor cover is huge. Way too big for my small motor. Lots of tie down straps. I will have to put some support to keep water from pooling on the cover but that's just the design of my boat. Over all I would recommend. Update: Bought this in Aug of 23. It’s March 24. Buckles have started to break and cover is starting to get pretty faded. The plastic that the clips are made out of are starting to get brittle which is causing them to fail. It does still keep rain out for the most part. There’s always water in the boat after a rain and I don’t know if it’s coming into the vents or if the thing leaks but I seems to keep the water that pools up on it from going through so maybe it’s just the vents. If you looking for a 1 year product this would be good I think or if you cover your boat with this and then park it under something to keep it sheltered some I think it would be a good product but not for the direct sun. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
