These are a thick material which is good because they wear more like a real pair of shorts! The material is soft and the shorts are the perfect length. Not too short showing stuff and not too long or frumpy looking. They are a great value and worthy of purchase! I ordered a medium because I didn't want them to be so tight that you could see everything, if you know what I mean.... I actually think I could have worn a small and been pleased with the results. The medium size has a little room in the waist so if you want a fitted and supported short, order your regular size. Even though a smalI would have worked, I am keeping the mediums because they feel great and I am just as happy with them. For reference 5'7 126lbs.

So I am 5 ft 6 in, 150 pounds, 34 inch waist and 38 inch hips and I got size large in black at sale price $9.99. I just wore my first pair on a run. They fit like expected and hold my iPhone plus well. They do ride up slightly in the thigh area when running but only noticeable once I was done. They are long enough to keep my thighs from rubbing together. There are some loose stitching ends but they do not bother me. I think these are perfect to work out in or for lounging around but I would not wear them to flatter my body. They are not see through but they do show panty lines and just are not that flattering as the pictures show. The fabric is nice and stretchy. I’m happy with the purchase with the discount I got and would buy again but not at full price. I also did not experience the top rolling down as I saw in other reviews. Overall, a good buy.

These shorts are very comfortable and exactly the length I wanted. For the price the quality is good. They worked well when I wore them to teach a fitness class. I ordered a size medium. I am 5'4" and 120 lbs. They fit decently, slightly loose , but the small would probably be a little tight so if you are between sizes, I suggest the bigger suze.

I love these spandex shorts. They are the perfect length and thickness, as well as elasticity. The pockets are wonderful! They do not seem cheaply made at all. Large size worked for me even after washing and drying. Will purchase again.

Absolutely love these shorts. This was my 4th pair. Very comfortable. Great fabric. Just the right length (I’m 5’10”) and tummy control. The waistband stays in place, no roll down. I’m hoping to find ankle length that fits just like thieve do.

A lot of the biker style running shorts you get on Amazon or at TJ Maxx or whatever are just identical shorts with different tags. These are not the same as most of those. These are very, very nice. First, they're stretchy and comfy and didn't ride up or roll down for my entire 4-mile run/walk. (And I have a belly and muscular legs, so most shorts do one or the other or both on me.) I got the purple and they're not at all see-through. I got pretty sweaty because I was doing a tempo run in a 72 degree room, and I'm a sweaty person, and there were no sweat marks. (I was wearing underwear with them, but I always wear undies with bike shorts and some do still show sweat.) There are three pockets: two good size side pockets that easily fit my Pixel 7 Pro in a case (and the shorts did not slide down at all), and a reasonable size one in the waistband for cards, keys, whatever. I'll be purchasing more in other colors and donating my old ones. My waist is 31", belly is 37", and hips/behind is 41.5" and I got my Amazon recommended size of Medium. I'm also 5'10.5" and they are a good length on me.
