I very seldom write a review, I guess I'm lazy !!! Love to order but bad on reviews!!! I just had to write a review on this robe, it's super great, and I love that I could order without a hood, despise hoods!! Got the S/M fits beautifully, I'm about 5' 2" and about 140lbs. The robe is soft and warm, if you order you won't be disappointed. I love it so much that I ordered one for my neighbor, her birthday is today 12/14, I know she will love it as much as I do!!! So vendor consider yourself special with my writing this review, KUDOS to you for a fine product, LOVE, LOVE it!!! My neighbor also loved her robe (wine color) that I got for her birthday 12/14. KUDOS again!!

I ordered this in red as a gift and, unlike many online shopping experiences, the color looked even better than the picture, and I was floored by how soft it was. I can't speak to the durability after washing and wearing, but it appeared to be of good quality.

Update: OK, so I was able to take the tag off very carefully. I put it in the rinse cycle with a little Downey. Then put it on the dryer on low and most of the wrinkles came out. I fluffed it up. I put it in the box and it looks great now. I ordered this as a gift and it arrived vacuum packed extremely flat! When I opened it, I it was extremely wrinkled. I cannot get the wrinkles out at this point I have to probably get it dry cleaned. if you want it for yourself it’s great you probably can wash and dry it and it is very soft but I’m so disappointed I don’t know how to get the wrinkles out and I don’t know how to reach the seller. I also tried submitting a question to figure out how to get it out. I have tried putting it in the shower to steam it and it is not working.

At first, when I got this product, I said to myself, what the heck is this"? It came in a plastic bag that was heat-shrunk. I was gonna send it back. After a couple of days, I finally opened it. It had to sit out for 24 hours to inflate it. So when it did, to my surprise, I was in love with it. It is so soft, warm, and the right fit. I can honestly say it freaked me out when O received it. So. don't let your eyes deceive you. It is fantastic all around.

This robe is nice and soft and the fit is perfect. Also it’s not too thick and heavy. The material is a bit odd because it looks like it’s wrinkled but it’s not. When you rub it in one direction it’s lighter and the opposite direction it’s darker.
