I've had this for about 6 weeks now and haven't taken it off! It sparkles beautifully. It lays flat and is not sharp or pointy on my neck. The chain has ovals for three different lengths, I keep it on the shortest, I think that one is 16 inches. It also came packaged nicely for a gift.
