Seriously, not falling out is a big thing. I've tried other low-priced forms (buds, buds with a neck thing, bone conduction) and these are best by far. They amplify the higher frequencies, which makes speech clearer, which is exactly what I want. They seem to accentuate 'sharp' sounds, which is kind of annoying, but I suspect I'll get used to that.
