I love this little urn so much. I chose it because my precious girls' name is Angel, [AngelFoodCake actually], and the teardrop shape for the tears I can't stop my eyes from dripping. So this is a perfect place for her cremains to be kept close with me. It doesn't hold a lot but, you don't need a lot, just enough. This beautiful teardrop comes with two different chains, one extra screw for the bottom of the urn, a funnel, pin to push the cremains in, and a screwdriver for the screw, even directions but, it's self-explanatory really. I found the tools useless for filling the urn. I put on surgical gloves I have for work and held the urn then used the funnel to scoop some of the finest cremains and tapped the funnel slightly to let the cremains fall in the hole slowly. I did it over the bag so as not to lose any of my kitty all over the floor and a large plain paper sheet under the bag. I'm including some photos of how this comes so you can see that because I didn't see this in other photos. I hope this helps in others decisions to buy this beautiful urn. I'm also getting a lot of compliments on this urn. Most don't know what it is until they see I've superglued the screw on the bottom. I did this to secure the screw from falling out and losing my Angel everywhere. You never know. [The 3rd photo shows the extra screw in the bag with the other chain] ... show more

Wearing this right now! I wear it at all times including in the shower. No rust. It's very sturdy. Not super heavy. Beautiful little reminder of my pup. It wasn't too hard getting the ashes in. Just be patient. Ashes must be super thin - like sand. The bigger pieces will not fit.

Item arrived and was much tinier than I’d expected which is fine just shocking they could engrave such a small piece. It feels sturdy I haven’t added the ashes just yet but plan to soon!
