Love ❤️ the look and feel of the bracelet on. Takes a little bit of time to figure out how to tighten the chain. After a few times tightening to fit they do BECOME HARDER TO PULL and the BRACELET CHAIN BINDS. That's when the beads thT finish the ends EASILY BREAK/POP-OFF!! I GLUED MINE BACK ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH SUPER JEWELERS GLUE & THAT DIDN'T HOLD!! I almost LOST my bracelet with my Sister's ashes in the Airport, catching it just before FALLING OFF!! I would have been DEVASTATED; It was already too much just LOSING MY SISTER! It's a BEAUTIFUL style though & wears well too. Very stylish!! Absolutely love this for my little fur baby girl, but what I don’t like is it will not stay tightened on my wrist it always loosens up wish they would’ve had the rope type and not the metal rope type so I don’t get to wear it as often as I would like

The bracelet (looked beautiful when it arrived) was delivered to me on Dec. 3, I waitied until I was able to get it filled before wearing it (which took a week). Within wearing two weeks, it fell off my hand. It feels as if I have lost my love one again. I gave it two stars because it does look very nice, however it doesn't stay on your hand so what's the point when this is the whole purpose of getting this item. I wouldn't waste my time nor money getting this!

I put some of my husbands ashes in it, who recently passed away. I put it on. In less than a hour, the chain broke. I almost lost it. I wasn't doing anything to cause it to break. I don't want to send it back with his ashes in it. I won't buy another one.
