Don't waste your money, these packs barely keep for a few hours. I packed all four into a small insulated lunch box that goes into an air conditioned building with me and my lunch was still warm after 6 hours. They are too thin to keep anything cold for a long time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not sure if I can return them after one use, if I could I would. EDIT* The company did reach out to me and offered me a replacement or a full refund. Which I will give them props for, however they did in the same sentence ask me to update my review which kind of annoyed me. Obviously all the care about is their rating. Not impressed with these at all! I'm putting them in a small Rubbermaid cooler to keep drinks cold and they melt within an hour. Two of them are actually leaking, only used for a week and they did nothing to keep anything cool.

They do freeze quick but I need ice packs that will stay very cold for at least 8 hours. I work outside and my lunch bag stays in my work truck. These were warm and so was my lunch almost 7 hours later. Based on the reviews I thought these would stay colder longer. Not for someone who works outside and lunch bag will be in warm temperatures. ... show more

Stays cold as expected. I wish it would last longer but it is what it is for the size. I used two in a soft insulated box for food and beverage storage. The two cool packs lasted 5 hours. It was a mixture off having the box in my vehicle and inside an air conditioned building during work hours 6am-11am before the packs where no longer frozen. I bought these to use in a small sized cooler/lunch bag to keep a 6-pack of cans cool while drinking in the park on a sunny day. These ice packs are perfect! The #1 reason why I love them so much is that each of the ice packs is VERY slim so that I’m able to put one on each side of the cooler bag so I can surround all the cans (bottom, sides, and top), keeping them cool from all angles. They were able to keep my drinks cold for a few hours and did their job perfectly. If you’re looking for something to keep things cool in a larger cooler chest, I’d recommend that you look for a much larger and thicker ice pack. But if you’re using a small lunch-sized bag or even something like a backpack-sized cooler to keep a small amount of items cool for a few hours, I highly recommend these. ... show more

I got these little (?) ice Packs for use in my 6th grade and K granddaughters' lunches. Although I read the dimensions I was not actually prepared for the size - these are nearly the size of a slim paperback book. Being essentially a worry wart and even though they are non-toxic, the first thing I did was to seal-a-meal all four to guard against leakage. (kids drop stuff) Who wants blue goo in their lunch bag? Well we've been using them for a couple of weeks and the girls say they work well. No leaks inside the seal-a-meal and the Kindergartner has not thrown one away in error as she did with a smaller pack. I think we found a winner! ... show more

I just got these. Tried them in a very well insulated lunch bag and two of them didn't last 2 hours in an average heat day-not 100 degrees, just average. And, likely because they are so very thin. Not recommending this product one iota. They melted into a pool of condensation on the bottom of the lunch bag. Even cheap Walmart ones last twice as long.
