I started this cleanse after my family member had a case of parasites and I was having some hormonal imbalances so I thought I would try this to see if there was a difference. First, this is probably one of the rougher side effects of cleanses. I followed the directions the first couple days and immediately from taking these pills I got so super tired and lethargic. I had to sleep extra for the first 5-6 days to get over that hump. I drank tons of water and after the 5-6 days my appetite was increased. I had sores in my mouth and gums and at first some acne and itching like some others noted. Once I got to the larger doses I broke them up to be 5 in the AM and 5 in the PM. I don't think that was better. DO NOT TAKE WITH FOOD. These aren't meant for that. Whenever I took with food I had the worst heart burn and indigestion. Empty stomach is the way to go (i have a sensitive stomach and these didn't bother me). Take a probiotic and MOST DEF take fiber. I never was able to keep up the 3-4 BM a day. But after the initial symptoms past I did gain weight from all the food I added. I was so hungry and not for sweets but just food in general on top of the tons of water I was drinking. I was eating a ton of veggies and fruit but mostly a balanced diet. Now I do feel better then when I started but I never saw any type of parasite and I hope I have more balance in my symptom now. Now I just need to loose the 5lbs I gained from being on it. It may just be water weight but I defiantly wasn't expecting that. ... show more

Started taking Scram because it was so recomended. I started doing periodic parasite cleanses regularly after seeing some worms come out of an 18 day juice fast. Since then this is my favorite product as its pretty gentle but effective. And for everyone in the comments saying you didn't see worms, different parasites look differnt. For example liver flukes are quite small and you'd never recognize them if you didn't know what to look for. You'll see little specks that are eggs too. I've seen dead worms skins look like a jelly/musus substance come out as well so you can definitely be excreting parasites even if you aren't seeing full formed worms. Also parasite cleanses can be uncomfortable. Typical parasite die off symptoms include, skin issues, itching baddly, upset stomach, headache, nausea, and even vomiting. These are strong and thats why the directions have you start slow. If you feel bad from these you need them! When you try these anticipate that you might feel bad so set aside some rest time to prepare for the first week. This is extremely normal with detoxs. You should be taking these for the whole time, in tandem with an anti parasite diet. Also take them at night, on an empty stomach for best results. ... show more

    • I owe this my life. Tried everything, and found the winner.
I purchased two bottles of this, simply because I've been on a mission to find what my body needs to feel better. I've never been diagnosed with Lyme, or parasites, but my husband had Lyme over 10 years ago, and I've been bitten by ticks. So with nothing to loose, we told ourselves, its natural, it can't hurt, and we can handle anything for 17 days. Before this, we completely switched to only organic food/juice etc. except for craft beer and wine, we thought that we were "eating better" by eating strictly organic. Beside eating organic, we ate cereal every night as a snack, drank craft beer, ate lots of chocolate and added vegetables and salad in between. So let me begin: day one, this smell and burping these pills were uncomfortable. Day 2, headache, sweating and chills, and itchy skin in places I had once thought was poison ivy rashes, my previous rashes returned! Day 3, I could not stand the thought of drinking anything but water, LOTS AND LOTS of water, and lots of bathroom trips. (My husband and I had very similar reactions/cravings) Day 4, the pains all went away, and I will up on the 5th day as early as the sun, with SOOOOO much energy that I feel like my body had just released the energy I'd been lacking from the past 15 years. Day 6-17, We completely lost our taste for milk, alcohol (since day 1), carbs, and have literally had an "awakening." I truly feel like my brain was swimming in a fog, and this cleanse was the equivalent to coming up for air, and talking a long walk around at the life I've been missing out on. So, I bought 5 bottles to share with my family, and our lives have truly changed. The money we save from not drinking juice, beer, cereal/carb snacks, has been replaced with carrots and salads and whole delicious foods. It said the dosage was 10 pills, so I took TEN PILLS on the first day all together 😭 They need to BE MORE CLEAR on the dosage

I just finished the Scram cleanse. I took the Scram capsules at night on an empty stomach. After about 5 days I was tired of taking the capsules and had to push myself to continue. Even so, I had no side effects. On the plus side, my sinuses cleared up. My congestion is gone. I am now breathing freely. I have more energy during the day and sleep well at night.
