I am very happy with this purchase! I wasn't sure what size to buy based on their sizing chart, as my measurements kept coming back different every time. I highly recommend going to the Zales website, and downloading and printing their ring sizer chart. I used a ring I had on the chart, and also cut out the ring sizer, and ordered a size 9 for my middle and/or pointer finger. It fits perfectly on these small hands! The app was a bit confusing to figure out, as the manual did not include instructions on how to sync the ring to your bluetooth/wifi. The tricky part was that once you sync the phone app with the ring, to get the ring to appear on the app, you have to go to your app settings on your phone, and tell the app which permissions you give the app. It does track steps accurately, and if ever doesn't seem to be updating, just go into the app, pull the screen down, and it will sync and update your settings/steps. In terms of sleep, as long as you have uninterrupted sleep, it does accurately track your sleep. If however, you wake up in the middle of the night like I often do, and can't get back to sleep for a couple hours, it won't adjust for waking up in the middle of the night. I have gone about 4 days with it on before needing to charge. It charges very quickly (I think less than an hour!). I love the look of the ring, it is comfortable, and I forget that i am wearing it most of the time. I am very happy with this purchase.

Super cool! You get blood pressure and heart beat, o2, temperature all this and the freedom of not wearing a watch. I liked the sleep record and the battery life on it. It think it is also light, almost feel like I’m not wearing ring. Easy to pair with your phone and the app is a no brainer. Definitely neat!

While the sale page says this is for Android and iOS, the clear wrapper on the box said Android. I have an iPhone, and this simply would not pair. I suspect that is why. I don't see how I can fix this with a replacement, I can't specify iOS and I am as likely as not to get another Android-specific one if I reorder. There is very minimal info in the manual. I may try for one a bit more expensive, you get what you pay for.

I loved the delicate and elegant design of the white ring with gold details. It’s modern and goes with everything, in addition to being functional, monitoring blood pressure, blood oxygen and even sleep. The fact that it’s waterproof and has no subscription fee is a big plus. Such a cool device. I have been wearing a fitness watch for years. But can’t wear it to sleep. I’ve noticed some inconsistent things with my watch. So I went to this ring. I love it. I can wear it all day and night. It tracks my blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Plus the steps I get. I am so happy with it. The design isn’t my favorite but it’s growing on me. The ring it pretty and works well. The only issue we had is the accuracy of the sizing. My wife wears a 7 ring normally but when we tried the sizing rings out it said she needed a 9. When we got the ring she should have ordered an 8.
