When I got into pickleball I wanted to upgrade from my basic cheap paddle. This was my first quality paddle, this is one of the best beginner paddles. Not much dinking happens when you are a beginner, so it's definitely more of a power paddle.

It feels nice in the hand and it seems to be like any other paddle. I can't tell the difference from the more expensive paddles. Save the 100 dollars that you would spend on a more expensive paddle and take the little woman or little man out to dinner with the savings.
