Definitely size down if you have a smaller circumference. I wear a 36D normally so it suggested a large but after reviews saying they run a bit big I sized down to a medium because my frame is small. Best choice I think a large would have been too big. I work on a warehouse and sick of wearing sports bras. Material is comfortable, breathable. The support is great and I haven't experienced any slippage out of the bottom or constantly needing to adjust. I recommend taking the removable pads out before washing and hand washing them and air drying them under a book or something flat. Wash the bras on delicate and let air dry or no heat. ... show more

You know I’m 64 years old and I have certain high and low for a comfortable bra. I have tried this bra that bra this bro for older women so on, but I have to say finally I have found the most comfortable bra I have ever worn it does not feel like I have one on and it holds me perfectly. They seem well made. But not comfortable. They are wide and irritate me under my armpit and sides. I was hoping for a nice sports bra type comfort. Only wore 1 of the 3 and considering just returning them.

I read reviews and had higher hopes. I knew it wasn’t going to be the best thing every, but I didn’t think it would be this bad. The material is soft, but CHEAP and thin. The straps are thin and weak - they stretch. There is absolutely NO SUPPORT. They don’t hold anything up at all. I’m about a 38DD, gained weight. Got XXL. Too big, but the material is so stretchy and thin there’s no point in trying smaller. The straps are adjustable, but even when I tightened all the way, they just stretched out and didn’t hold or lift anything. Never buying from here agin. ... show more
