I somehow ordered this full face helmet when I meant to order the modular. I reached out to HAX through Amazon explaining my mistake and asking how it should be handled, They suggested it will be quicker/easier to purchase the modular and send the full face back for a refund. The more I looked at the full face version, the more I liked it and showed it to my wife, who fell in love with it so I just kept it for her. My modular came the next day so I contacted them again, and both times received timely responses to my inquiries. A few days later I noticed a $30 coupon for the modular, so I reached out to them again and they were more than happy to refund me the difference. I read a few reviews that cautioned their customer service, but that is not what I experienced. They were quick to respond, answered all my questions, and issued a refund. I just got done setting both helmets up with Bluetooth intercom. I used mine for the first time yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the fit and performance. For me, having the ability to go open face at any given time quickly is massive. The vents seem to be in all the right places and they work well. I highly recommend this helmet and company. Did all the proper measurements and followed the procedures outlined in the fitment chart and I am just amazed by how well this fits. Having an "Intermediate" shaped head it can be a bit difficult to find onw that fits well and wont give you a headache by being so tight up front. The vent up front is phenomenal, the additional sun shade that comes out of the top sits perfectly above my nose. Although you can see it when its fully in the up position, its nice to have that reminder that its there. The interior padding is very breathable without sacrificing insulation. I did have to clip in a couple of the pins but I had planned on taking the padding out to install audio anyway so its not a big deal. The visor it comes with is a little dark, but for $30 I'd recommend getting a clear one as well as the mirrored simply for safety. And swapping that out is insanely easy. Super light with the airfoils at speed, can feel it apply a little bit of lift but not so much that it applies pressure. And it looks amazing, the flat black with the red accenting is right up my alley. 🤌🤌 ... show more

Holy crap. Fits amazing, has great air movement to keep your head cool on hot days in traffic. Glad I returned the more expensive one I purchased as a backup in case I didn’t like this one. Had to have before the next week. Give this company a try for sure. Glad I did. It’s super quiet inside at 75MPH. Doesn’t move around and can easily where my AirPods for the long rides. The helmet itself looks great, fits well, and feels comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the visor arrived with noticeable scratches right out of the box. A new helmet should not have cosmetic defects, especially on a part that affects visibility. I’m hoping customer support will provide a replacement visor. Fits perfect and gives the utmost protection in case of a spill. The sun shield is a little hard to get a hold of to lower. Just snap your head down and it usually lowers it enough to get a hold of to lower it the rest of the way.
