Love the look and feel of the helmet but cannot get any customer service for it so it I have to return it. UPDATE: So, the company contacted me and asked me to give them a second chance both with the helmet and their customer service. As I honestly believe that just about everyone deserves a second chance I agreed and I am very glad I did! It's been a month now of using the helmet on a very regular basis and I can give a full review of my thoughts and experiences. Firstly, the helmet looks really great and fits really well. Snug but not too tight. Just make sure you pay attention to their sizing and you should be fine. Great solid feel to it without being excessively heavy. Build quality is great and everything feels secure when you adjust or move things about like the chin/front modular part or any of the shields with distinctive clicks and stability with each adjustment. I also thinks its great that you have options of layers of protection with the interior and exterior shields. I don't have to wear sunglasses at all... normally an absolute need for me due to extreme photosensitivity... and I can adjust based on the level of sun/cloud each day. The vents are great when you are in a warmer location but will close if you need for colder weather. I have used it for motorcycling, on a scooter, and more unconventionally, with my mountain bike. Some have complained about 'wind' noise but honestly I don't find it any more, or less, than with any other helmets I have used and with the full face it is reduced for me. The visibility is great and clear all around and having the option to open the front visor and keep the face visor closed allows more cooling effects without denying you needed full light protection. Something that can come in handy if you are biking with it and your exertion breathing can get it pretty warm inside. I have gotten a lot of complements from others and even had to opportunity to take it into a local motorcycle accessories store and they agreed that it was a quality that they would expect on a much pricier helmet! And the added certification of ECE is a great bonus that they said was normally only for much pricier helmets as well. It is also a real bonus that you can both remove and wash the liner as well as replace it easily. The front shield is a bit tough to get off and you will feel like its going to snap but it won't, so just be patient and it will come off to clean and/or attach a pinlock shield to if you wish, which can definitely come in handy depending on your weather situation. Customer service is not immediate but they will respond given time so if you have an immediate question be aware that you will most likely not receive an immediate answer. And, as a side note... if you try to find information or video reviews online you will most likely only find them in Spanish. Something that the company should also take note of if they are going to expect a broader market outside of the Spanish speaking population getting really interested in their products... which are great products! Am I glad I gave it a second chance? Absolutely! Would I buy another helmet from them? Absolutely! Do I recommend that you get yourself a HAX helmet for yourself if you are in the market for a new or different helmet? Absolutely!

I’ve been using this for an upwards of a year and have crashed twice with it on my electric skateboard. Both times it prevented me from getting injured and it sustained nearly no damage from the falls. It’s comfortable, looks stylish, and customizable. If you’re worried about not being able to breathe in this helmet, the front and top vents are efficient in delivering airflow throughout the helmet. You can also drop the inner-visor and lift the outer one to get more airflow which is great for cooling down a bit. The inner-visor is also more transparent than the outer one, which I like to use at night to keep stuff from blowing onto my face. The opening design is also functional as the hooks that keep it from opening are made of some sort of metal; either aluminum or stainless steel. Both times of crashing, it never opened once and felt very cushy. You can also install some headphones on the ear-pieces as there are precut holes there. Taking glasses on-and-off is also pretty easy, but you will find yourself having to maneuver them sometimes so the arms aren’t pressed against your head uncomfortably. So overall for $130~ this is all you could really ask for. Great everything, and hasn’t disappointed.

The sizing chart is true to size except the headshape part. It said between round and oval which is where my noggin falls, but while comfortable it would probably be better suited for round heads. The chin curtain is not removable and to press the button to open the helmet face you have to put your finger through the red part of the curtain to open it. Also to close it you have to pull on the curtain to close it or it'll get stuck on your chin. Once it's on though it is comfortable and feels lightweight. The quality seems excellent Also. It's been to bad to ride with it yet weather wise, so I don't know about wind noise yet. Works well with glasses. Viewing area seems small. Definitely not blocking anything just a bit narrower than I'm use to top to bottom. Might have to know your head down a tad to check gauges Peripheral vision is good. Not sure if this will be an issue as the helmet is worn the padding for the straps like to work off the strap since they aren't really attached to the straps. I really like the helmet fit and quality. I just wish I could try riding with it to see if the issues are really issues or if I can live with them. This is the third helmet I've tried.

I have been researching helmets and modular helmets for a while now and I have been noticing this one! As many riders, we tend to cut corners on safety gear but with the price point on this modular I decided to give it a try! At first glance out of the box it looked better than I imagined. I was very surprised on how light it was and even more surprised that it was just as light as my half helmet. The visor looks amazing and works well at night too. The built in sun visor feature is quite cool but I hardly use it. It does have a whistle sound that is audible but not so much to be a bother. I can still hear my music from the bike at highway speeds which was a plus. ALSO the safety features of being both DOT and ECE is a HUGE plus! My ONLY downside is the helmet was a little too large. I wear a size 7 3/8s hat and decided on the Large but I defiantly should have gotten a medium. I did talk to some friends of mine who suggested to wear a beanie to help with the fitment which did help out.

Does not quite fit. I ordered the correct size so zero complaints about sizing. Definitely order a size or 2 up from your measured. My issue came from the overall shape. More like long narrow oval than round head. I know this because I rode for 2hrs straight with lid down(full face) and my ears were in a lot of pain. Of course I had aftermarket speakers in the designated speaker pockets. Zero issues with front face up configuration. Maybe I needed to order 3 sizes up to account for speakers?? Decent quality helmet for the price. Pleasantly surprised with noise management from this price point. It’s not suberb noise dampening but definitely way better than I was expecting given how this helmet is priced.

Its modular design is smooth and sturdy, sunshade works even with glasses on, vents allow good air flow, it comes with pin lock connections already installed. The fit was SPOT on with the size guide. Very comfortable, very easy to use, and wears very easy going down the road. Visor is crystal clear and noise level is acceptable at speed.
