I have never purchased these before and was amazed how comfortable and supportive they are. Several years ago I developed plantar faciitus so proper footwear is critical . In winter I wear leather clogs with hard rubber soles. These new shoes will be my summer selection for as long as they are manufactured as they are a nice light summer weight. This shoe was a disappointment. Let me say first it is very narrow and I don't have wide feet yet it is very tight at the sides. My first day wearing the shoes and it is starting to crack at the front. Nurses shoe should bring comfort and support for the long hours of work we have to do. I work at a restaurant and after about 5 hours, my feet hurt. There is not enough cushion in the shoe in order to comfortably wear them for long periods of time. The arch support barely does anything. They are not breathable and they look a bit goofy. The stechy material around the ankle is nice though. I would not recommend these for anyone who needs to walk a lot or be on their feet for more than a couple hours. ... show more
