I got these on a Warehouse deal for $10~. For that price I have absolutely zero complaints, but obviously most people won't be buying them for that price. These are obviously cheap boots when you get close and feel of them, but no one is going to notice that when they're on your feet. They look good. And I've only had them for a little over a week, but they haven't fallen apart. They haven't excessively creased either. In fact, these are relatively stiff. Not to the point that you'll have to spend any amount of time breaking them in, but as stiff as you'd want for a boot. In terms of comfort, they're fine for my desk job and casual wear, but I wouldn't wear these if I expected to be on my feet for an extended period of time. The insoles aren't much more than just enough. Fit is as expected. Recommended if you need a boot that looks good, wears casually, and doesn't need to last.

I tried 3 times with this boot (in different colors) and always had to send them back because they were too small. 77% say they "fit as expected". Really? I find it surprising that there is a high percentage of "Fits as expected" feedback. I normally wear an 11 and finally went up a size to a 12 and now it fits great. You can see from the photos that the 12 is really an 11 based on the "cut to size" name brand insole I was comparing to. Yes, they are vinyl, not leather, but for the price they are pretty good. They are soft and comfortable. You might want to remove the "insole" that it comes with and replace it with a flat, higher quality insole. The style is perfect for me; exactly what I was looking for. I can't speak to how long they'll last, but at this price, if I have to replace them in 6 months to a year, that might be ok.

I love these boots but they do not last. I researched my past orders and I have bought these shoes every 6 months. I only use them for work and to go out. Every time I buy these shoes after 6 months the sole peels off and they start peeling from the front. I wish they can make the quality of these boots better. I only have this problem with the tan/light brown boots only. The Dark brown seem to last longer.

I purchased these for cheap just to see if I liked the Chelsea style, and they look great! Couldn't ask for a better "try it out" shoe. But one boot did fall apart after about a month of wear. (There is no actual stitching in the product - everything is held together by glue.)

I've had these for a few months now - and I love them. They look amazing, and for the price you can't go wrong. They can scuff easily, but they can be rubbed clean just as easily. They're certainly not made for dancing or walking long distances, and they don't fit comfortably with the inserts I use for having high arches, but they're great for dinners and any situation where I might want to be dressy but not on my feet for a long period. Granted, not everyone has the same issue I do. Otherwise, they're fine.
